Very very bad customer service.
Last minute cancellation of flights and zero consideration for clients.
Really poor and incorrect information provided.
Never flying again with this company.

the cartridge in my 6 year old shower faucet began leaking, and when I called Delta the sent me a replacement kit with o rings and springs. After install, it still did not fix the issue. I have tried calling, with no answer, being on hold for over a half an hour, and have sent in 4 emails, with no responses. Now, my second shower is failing too. I will never buy another Delta faucet again. Their warranty is worthless as their customer service is HORRIBLE!

Have had several valve cartridge failure's with 3 different customer over the past 2 yrs. Shower valves failing after a week or 2.Deltas customer service has been less than adequate and only offer excuses. I will no longer recommend their products.

Customer service was great!! You can actually understand the people you talk too. They were very helpful and gave me some way I could fix my faucet
by myself but when that didn’t work, they sent me a new part free of charge

I would highly recommend Delta faucets. It’s a great product with good customer service.

On the good side:
Affordable faucet.
Stylish.
Good customer service. (More about that later.)
On the poor side:
Washers and springs failed after three years.
It was almost impossible to remove the cartridge, in fact, the cartridge separated in the bottom, half could not be extracted from the faucet. I wound up simply changing the washers in the springs.
Back to the good side:
Customer service was incredibly efficient and sent me a new cartridge for free. Delta has a 10 year warranty on their cartridge.

Never again would I buy Delta. It's MOEN from now on!!
I contacted Delta when I had a shower leak and requested a replacement cartridge. Like MOEN, they will send you free parts. Unlike MOEN, Delta puts you through HELL. What I received from Delta are gaskets that sit behind the cartridge. Delta expected you to take everything apart, remove the old cartridge, replace the gaskets, put the "OLD" cartridge back in reassemble everything to see if the leak stops. If it doesn't, you need to call Delta again and wait another week for the cartridge only to take everything apart again to replace the old cartridge. They are insane!! So, a homeowner who has to hire this out, will have to pay a plumber twice. MOEN is much easier to work with and sends you a new cartridge without this insane painstaking expensive leaky process! This happened 8-14-2023

Lifetime warranty does not mean anything if they cannot ship in a timely manner the replacement. Contacted them on 6/14/2023 and they agreed the showerhead was defective and said they would send me a replacement. Now it is 7/8/2023 and here is the status:

So my family has not been able to use the shower for over 3 weeks. When I called the CSR said these items are "custom made" to order. BS...this showerhead is sold at Lowes. Don't you love catching these people in a lie? Bottom line...we are still waiting on the shipment. Never again!

Delta provided replacement parts for my kitchen faucet and shipped to me at no charge. And, provided instructions for installation. I spoke to Danille at their call site who gave excellent customer service and answered all my questions. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. In addition, there was no long wait to speak to a rep. Very pleased.

I have owned several Delta Faucets over the years.

They are very dependable but do not last a lifetime. It is understandable that parts do break down and need replacement.

Anytime, I have had an issue, this company does step up to the plate and sends parts to me at no cost.

We purchased a beautiful Delta pull down kitchen faucet in matte black from Lowe’s which we really love. The functionality is great. The problem is that six months after installation (by a professional kitchen contractor) we noticed the black coating at the base of the faucet cracked and chipped and looks really bad now. We baby this faucet and use only a soft cloth to wipe it off so there is no reason it should have chipped except, due to, in my opinion, the quality of the finish. Neither Lowe’s nor DELTA will stand behind their product after a short period, and no way to warn other Lowe’s customers about this product since Lowe’s only allows reviews within 90 days of purchase. I guess that is because they know their products failure rate and they don’t want to take responsibility.

I had my faucet replaced not quite 6 years ago when we remodeled the kitchen. I had always heard that Delta was the best to buy, so I bought the Leland with pull down sprayer. This started to drip a year ago and finally would not shut off, no matter how we turned it. So I called our plumber, the same one who installed the faucet. He worked with it and finally told me I needed to call Delta and request replacement cartridge and handle. I called them and basically got the run around. How was I to know the answer to the technical questions he asked, I'm just the owner, not the expert. Finally he said the parts would be here in about 8 days. Gosh 8 days without my kitchen sink. The cartridge arrived in about 8 days, but I am still waiting for the handle and it has now been about 16 days. My dishes are piling up. I called Delta again yesterday and was told the hold up apparently was due to weather. Well, the tracking said it had arrived in this city 4 days ago and we have not had that kind of weather. And as of yesterday the tracking showed it was not in this city any more. I think I am being lied to and the delay is deliberately trying to protect their precious company. This company which will never get another cent of my business due to extremely poor customer service.

So upset I had to let it out...
After my last inexpensive generic faucet give up nearly 15 year of perfect operation we purchased 19933-SPSD-DST from DELTA in Lowes Edmonton for $396 CAD -10% off
1- Do not understand why so expensive when my last $59.99 looked just as good as this one and this Delta also have many plastic component under the metal surface.
2- Valve is complete garbage, flow control are near non existing, agronomically also awkward to use it. Spray switch remain in last setting instead of return to default.
3- Valve again... High flow rate makes a splash in the bottom of the sink often getting water droplets on anything nearby, if there is happen to be a dirty plate with lasagna leftover in the sink than, now its either a wall decoration or you wear it...
The previous faucet was slightly angled so we never had this problem, this one straight down.

We built our home in 2015 and choose Delta Faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. I have always had awesome customer service when I have contacted them. They have requested information and pictures and then sent the replacement part free of charge in my case. I have nothing but good things to say about Delta Faucet customer service.

Used to use delta all the time and warranty was out of this world. Now you get the run around, wrong parts and poor service. Never again, im going with Moen or Kohler

I just had to replace my 6 yr old kitchen faucet.It was badly corroded. But the worst part is you would think they would make a faucet that could be secured from the top without having to climb under the sink and remove the disposal in order to secure the collar that holds the valve to the sink. We've had plumbing for 200 years and this is the best you can do? Make a faucet that can be secured from the top as it would eliminate 80% of the installation and I would never buy any other faucet.

I purchased the Delta hydrorain 2-in-1 and the ball joint was loose went back to exchange it and second unit was loose also.
Went ahead and installed it and shower head would not stay up also the magnet is not strong enough to hold the hand shower, falls off while showering

I was troubled with our three year old Delta kitchen faucet spout leaking after shut off. I called customer service- the phone was answered on the first ring. I was asked to explain the problem...the faucet's model, where I purchased it, when (three years prior). Immediately the service associate confirmed its warranty coverage and my shipping info, explaining what would follow. Within minutes I received emails confirming the shipment of the easy to install cartridge but first the explaning flushing the water supply line series to the faucet.
That was it, less than twelve minutes, unbelievable. There are three other Delta faucets in our house several years older, and, so far so good. I have to congratulate Delta Faucet on the excellence of the associate's performance along with the support and service for its products.

Purchased an expensive set of Brizo Lavatory faucets in JAN21. When they finally arrived, the order was short a set of handles. Now 8 months later, they have yet to provide the handles stating they are an on demand company and they cannot guarantee a delivery date. The person on the consumer complaint line just kept reading the company line. I asked in all of Brizo land, you cannot find a single set of handles? Once again the regurgitation of the on demand production company. With the 100's of plumbing manufacturers out there, spare yourself the agony of dealing with this modern version of Moe, Larry and Curley.

I had the worst experience with this company's customer service. Called to get a replacement part and was treated very rudely by the cust. svc. agent, Jackie. Asked to speak to a different agent or supervisor and she transferred me to a voicemail which then disconnected me. I never got a return call from the message I left on the voicemail. Decided to try again with a different agent but the first agent must have put a note in the file or something because the second agent was even more rude, refused to let me speak to a supervisor and hung up on me. After that I started getting spam on my cell phone (I had given them my cell phone number so they could text me info about the part I needed). Since I couldn't get a hold of a supervisor, I posted a negative review on Twitter. Got a response to that but the person wanted more personal info. I refused since I'd already been spammed by their employees. I did give them the name & phone number of the 1st agent. They said a supervisor would get back to me but its been a week and still no response. Luckily I was able to get the part I needed on Amazon but I'll replace my Delta faucets before ever doing business with them again.
