Had my faucet for a year. It developed a problem with the finish.
Reached out to Delta via phone. it was a busy time and there were 31 people ahead of me! Delta should add more service reps in those conditions.
I decided to try the chat without much faith that I'd get the help I needed. (only 5 people in front of me)
To my surprise, the chat rep was exceptional. Asked me to upload a couple of photos of the problem and asked how I'd been cleaning the faucet.
Upon satisfactory photos and answers, a new part was shipped out the next day! Thank you Delta for standing behind your products.

Purchased new Delta kitchen faucet, had it installed by licensed plumber set up by Lowe’s, where I purchased it. After 2 weeks it started tip-off get harder to swivel left to right. Contacted Delta and was asked to send purchase info and picture. Did so immediately. 3 days later another email from delta asking for the same info. Replied. 2 days later another email from Delta stating they would resolve the issue that day. Nothing. Sent email to Delta reminding them they promised to resolve the issue. Nothing. Faucet issue getting worse so another email to Delta.
I recommend you go with a different company if you need a new faucet.

I have to add to the chorus. I'm 79 yrs old and a lifelong Delta junkie. However, in the past few years they seem to have gone from the best to something entirely different. I have identical kitchen faucets in my home and a rental that I own. After 3 yrs the swing arm in the rental has seized and must be replaced. In my house I keep better tabs and lubricate it twice annually. I have 47 yr old Delta faucets that still work perfectly, but the current stuff has gone down hill. Today I'm fighting leaks in the PVC connections under my sink. Never used to have these problems.

The customer service agent will not replace the faucet not unless I have to provide a receipt that was 2013-2015. It was installed by the plumber contractor including the faucet they provided. No consideration. This is ridiculous. This new customer service agent lost our confidence and trust. Time to patronize the Moen.

Customer supplied high end Brizo Delta valve, cold not working on temp control valve, master plumber calls them for new cartridge, a month and half later contractor calls and ask where is cartridge, delta says it shipped and wants a claim filed with carrier, instead of next daying this catridge out to their customer they are making them get claim, they should file the claim and get cartridge immediately shipped

Saved original box and sent pic to Delta. Our plumber said he needed a complete replacement as he'd have to break the old faucet to get to the small part they sent. They needed so many pictures which we couldn't send as we do not have smart phones (a friend took the pic of the box). They flatly refused to replace the faucet on our word, so we bought a replacement from another reputable manufacturer. BTW we had a kitchen faucet which rusted after many years, and it was replaced with the lifetime guarantee completely by Kohler ALONG with a refund payment of $300 for the plumber installing it ! Now THAT is customer service. Never again Delta. Delta makes honoring their lifetime guarantee very difficult indeed.by making the customer jump through so many hoops the customer just gives up. Not good for word of mouth advertising.

I recently had a failure of the faucet head on a kitchen faucet that I purchased more than 5 years ago. After calling Delta Customer Service, I was absolutely shocked to discover that my Delta faucet had a lifetime warranty. After dealing with two different customer service associates to receive my replacement, I am so appreciative that someone still does their job well!!

We purchased 3 Delta Portwood 15770LF bathroom faucets. These faucets are absolute crap. The aerator throws water everywhere. We payed $300 for these worthless faucets plus another $250 for a licensed plumber to install them. He flushed the lines, removed the aerator 3 times to make sure there was nothing in the screens. The cheap plastic tool to remove the aerator is a joke. You have to turn upside down to fit the tool in the aerator grooves to remove them. We can return the faucets but we are still out for the cost of the plumbing plus getting another 3 faucets installed. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE FAUCETS!!! I tried talking to a customer rep online but they didn't have a clue what to do and dropped offline. Great customer service on top of crap faucets.

Charging $22 for a $5 aerator and a $1 piece of plastic called a "wrench" is outright robbery. Further I did not need the "wrench" but Delta won't sell you just the aerator. To boot, Delta overcharged me on the sales tax - should have been 7.5% and they charged me 10.75%. That's only a about a dollar, but that gives you the idea that Delta is less than honorable.
Delta products used to be top notch, but they don't hold up anymore.
Recently bought a kitchen faucet that leaked when installed by a licensed plumber. Had to remove the faucet and take back to Home Depot. That cost me a 2nd plumber bill to install a working faucet.

Over an hour on the phone before I could even speak to anyone. When they finally shipped the springs, it got lost in the mail and I had no way to contact them without being on the phone for another hour.

Contrary to several reviews I’ve read, our experience with Delta has been quite fantastic. My wife and I have a custom built home that was finished in 1989, all of our showers are Delta, supplied by the original owner who was a plumbing heating and A/C contractor.
All four of the Delta showers are working still today and the finishes are still in excellent shape.
We had a problem with one of the showers and with the help of the Delta rep it was rectified to our complete satisfaction at no cost to us!
This service was way above what anyone could ask for from a manufacturing company.
We will continue to use Delta for our plumbing requirements now and in the future.

Not even two years old they want to charge me for a tool and plastic clip $36 what a joke I took grill glue inserted. It works perfect without wasting my money and time.

Don't expect this company to stand behind their products. I had a leaking kitchen faucet and replaced I the next day with a new one from the same brand. I called to have them send the part of the old one and they said since I bought a new one the warranty is void on the old one. Who in their right mind thinks people can go days if not weeks without a kitchen sink.

Horrible customer service and they took 8 days to respond to my email. Then no communication as i could not send emails to the address provided nor would their server allow me to upload pics. Their warranty might be lifetime, but it takes a lifetime to get assistance, then you got to be a plumber and start changing parts. Moen for now on, never another Delta product for us.

We had a Delta faucet installed on 1/8/24 by a professional plumber. Thirty days later the faucet failed. I contacted Delta and they will not cover the cost of the removal of the faulty faucet and installation of a new faucet. I DID NOT replace the Delta with another Delta. I bought another brand. The design of the Delta is flawed and does not work. A faucet should not fail after 30 days. Never buy any Delta products. Now I have had to pay twice to have a kitchen faucet installed.

Cold water flows out hot water dribbles after installation. They had me jump through about 20 sure fix solutions when it turns out the faucet was junk and would never be able to work (based on info from my plumber) CSRs still insist I should be able to get it to work. Miserable experience all round

I bought Delta because my plumber swears by them but their customer service sucks. Bought taps for bathroom install - they came without the attaching hoses. Was told they are extra. Rediculous but ok. They eventually sent them gratis because of misunderstandings. Attachment hoses didn't fit. Got pictures of everything. Sent them - they never responded. Sent subsequent emails and then escalated it to include vp Canada. Crickets. Don't bother buying their taps, they won't stand behind their product. Ended up buying another set to have installed. The original set are $1000 fixtures no better than paper weights. Disappointed beyond belief.

DO NOT BUY DELTA. BUY KOHLER. DELTA DOES NOT STAND BY ITS PRODUCTS AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK. GO KOHLER!!

absolutely the worst customer service money could buy.
they don't answer emails, they don't help you no matter how many times you email them. Christina replied one time to tell me she didn't see the pictures I sent. I sent them 3 different times and 3 different way to their requirement. I will never buy Delta again.

Poor customer service. The waiting time is unacceptable.
