A great product, the team couldn't help me enough to make sure I was purchasing the correct product for my needs. Arrived promptly.

Surprisingly good service. I made a bulk order for my employer, a prestigious institution. Southsea Deckchairs took the time to advise me which sling material would best suit my application and how to best put my employer's logo on the sling. They were patient through my employer's decision making process. The deck chairs are great. Solidly built and good looking. I compared companies and am happy with my choice.

Fabulous chairs: so well made and made for comfort. Currently set up in our room in front of the fire as haven’t found chairs for that room yet but loved the deckchairs which we can use in summer too!

Apart from not delivering the chairs on my preferred date, the items are great! Roma [the lady I spoke with on the phone] was extremely polite and professional.

The deckchairs themselves are high quality and very comfortable. Sadly the customer service does not match up to the product.

I ordered two deckchairs but there were some marks on one of the covers. I emailed customer services but got no reply for several days. The company then offered a replacement sling (seat cover), which would have solved the problem, but they have never sent it.

I contacted them again six weeks after their emails went silent but they did not reply. It has now been almost four months since I placed the order.

It feels as though customer service is lacking although the deckchairs themselves are very good.

Purchased two chairs from Southsea Deckchairs in 2021. It was a great experience being able to choose from so many bespoke options to suit our needs. The chairs are of high quality and we have enjoyed using them. One of them recently developed a fault after 3 years of use. The customer service to resolve the fault was exemplary and sorted out quickly. Nice to have someone in the UK to ring up who respond positively. I recommend this company.

Our Edwardian style deckchair was delivered promptly and well packaged. It is very solid and well made and the material is strong and comfortable. Very pleased all round.
