Every thing was good from ordering on the phone , getting delivery date and cooker arriving on time. Delivered ,connected to electric and shown it working old cooker and packaging removed , a good job done.

I love the fact that DB is local, in person, with knowledgable staff. They rang me as soon as their van broke down, to rearrange delivery, without leaving me hanging at home on the original day. My experience of their prices and back up service has led me to buy all my appliances there over the last 11 years.

I bought a fridge on June 29th, with a scheduled delivery date of July 9th. I wasn’t given the option to choose my delivery date, so I had to cancel all my appointments to make sure I was home. After wasting my entire day waiting, they canceled the delivery, claiming the order hadn't reached their depot. I wasn't even notified until my day was already ruined.
I’ve contacted customer service several times since then. Each time, the operator tells me it will arrive at the depot "today" and that I’ll get my fridge within 48 hours. I’m stuck in this endless 48-hour cycle, and I still don't have my fridge.
I just got another message saying it will be delivered this Monday, but I don’t trust them anymore. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have gladly paid more to buy from a different company. I am in desperate need of a fridge right now, and all my food is spoiling. Appalling service.

The Staff Didn’t hassle me until I had made my mind up on the item and then staff explaining various options. Also as I had ordered a fridge freezer the men telephoned me 20 minutes or so before arriving to enable me to remove all my frozen food out ready for the new one - very pleased and happy with the service 😁
