Ordered washer/dryer on line and had it delivered and fitted. It was a very easy and quick process. Very happy with my purchase.

Delivery run late but got a courtesy call half hour before the end of the slot to say they were running late and it won't be in the 9 till 1 slot, guys we're very good and efficient.

Excellent and efficient service all round

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The installation of our new cooker was undertaken with more than 100% efficiency and the two engineers were both equally totally capable and charming. This is not the first time that DB Domestics has provided us with such outstanding service.

We needed a new double oven. Found what we needed at a great price and deal. Ordered on a Saturday, delivered and fitted in the Monday, taking away our old appliance. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and efficient. Grteat service from our local shop.

Helpful and friendly service

Thank you so much. My fridge packed up on Sunday, went online and ordered a new one, and was able to sort out disposal of old one at the same time. Got the call to say that they could deliver Friday, when I explained I had no fridge, they went above and beyond to reshuffle to get me delivery on Tuesday morning. Arrived just after 10 quick and efficient delivery and removal of old fridge. Highly recommend. Great customer service

It's very simple - this is a company that actually listens to it's customers, and tries it's absolute hardest to give the customer what they want - nothing is to difficult for the staff. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and polite, nothing is to much for them. We have purchased several items from DB now and we would recommend them to anyone far and wide.

Always order my big domestic appliances from Db domestic Eastbourne. An amazing local business that I don’t mind paying a higher price even though they are good and competitive on price because of the service they offer. Always friendly and delivery drivers always do an excellent job and aftercare service is amazing. After me messing up my last order twice they managed to sort it out and was happy with the service I received.

Very helpful staff at the store. Advice given on various fridge freezers. I chose a Bosch model and I was advised that the back up service was good which helped me make my decision. Delivery was prompt and service was good. Very happy all round.

Really pleased with DB Domestics! Arrived as they promised for two jobs on the same day: installing a washing machine and disposing of the broken one; and repairing my cooker. Quickly and professionally done, I definitely recommend them!

The guys turned up on time and removed my old washing machine, the older chap listened to my concerns about my floor and made a point of stepping over the loose floor which I totally appreciated.
