Very prompt service.staff extremely friendly. We'll done.

Great service fridge installed and plumbed in

From the in-store staff to the delivery / installation team, all were very polite and courteous. Purchased a new fridge / freezer online following visit to the Eastbourne store, no hard sell just clear sound advice on the range of particular appliances on display and best suited for our needs. Delivered at scheduled time / date, installation carried out expediently and old appliance removed, care taken at all times to protect furnishings and flooring. Good job all round.

Delighted with products purchased

good service all round from ordering to delivery and fitting.

I had to urgently replace a hob, while I was not in the country. I checked items on the DB Domestics website & then phoned to talk to someone about it. I was very happy with the service. DB Domestics discussed the options and then they also followed-up with me during the installation. I found them trustworthy and efficient, I would definitely use them again.

Great service and delivery. Had to replace larder fridge in a hurry. I was given good advice and next day delivery.

Excellent customer services over the phone and professional delivery and installation.

From my first visit, helped by Tom, through to the installation (which was perfect) to my latest contact with Travis, this has been yet another brilliant experience. We needed a new gas cooker urgently. Tom excelled at putting right my mistake in ordering the wrong cooker, without any difficulty. The installers were very respectful of our property (as always). The new cooker's great! Helped again by Travis when I needed to leave a letter for Tom. We have dealt with DB many times and they always do us proud. Thanks a lot from us both, John & Joan.
