It couldn't be better. Great communication and fast delivery. They guys installing the washing machine were absolute gentlemen. If I ever need more appliances DB Domestics is the first place Im going to go.

The service was excellent. The first machine I bought had a fault, nothing whatsoever to do with the store. However the speed and service with which they replaced the appliance was excellent, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend, and ask for their advice, so great to shop somewhere you actually know about their product.

Needed to replace fridge/freezer. Any to DB on a Monday morning and the model we chose was in stock and delivered the next day. Guys who delivered it we're helpful in placing it where we wanted it and took the old one away. Excellent service all round.

I recently had an issue with my washing machine leaking water. DB Domestics were quick to book me in for a repair. When it turned out they needed to have an additional visit because they needed to order the part in, they were quick, professional and upfront with costs and the booking me in for the repair.
I now have a fully working washing machine again, all within a week of my initial enquiry. Add the repairman they sent out, Kieran I think his name is, was quick to spot the issue the first visit on the 28th of July, tell me what was needed and quick to repair it on the follow up visit today.
Very happy with service and fully intend to contact DB Domestics in the future for any future repairs or new appliances.

Alway's Great service needed a new fridge freezer so popped into the showroom greeted by a very knowledgeable Lady chose the item paid and went all within 10mins.
Deliverd to my house at arranged time by a couple of guys took the old one away.
