We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

Nothing went wrong .I had excellent service my order arrived on time on the day ordered. My biggest problem has been writing this review I am more than happy to write a review if you wish people to write reviews please make it simpler I nearly got fed up before I could write it.

Excellent service!
Ordered 2 Olivia Austin Rose bare root plants last winter. They have since flourished in my front garden! Beautiful pink blooms from spring through to autumn!

Don’t ask for a refund.
The rose was a birthday gift for my daughter. However, with no leaves, never mind blooms, it looked pitiful. I was too embarrassed to give it and requested a refund as I no longer needed it. Their reply was ‘they are pleased to confirm that the rose looks healthy’. That’s hardly the point. No mention of receiving requested refund.

We’re very sorry for the disappointment caused, particularly as this was intended as a birthday gift for your daughter. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive the rose in this condition.
As mentioned on our website, the rose would arrive cut back and without foliage, ready to establish and produce new growth. However, we are sorry that this was not made clear in our previous response and that we did not address your refund request.
You are more than welcome to return the rose to us for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to assist with arranging this.

Rose plant was well packed - but delivered to the wrong house (and brought round by the householder there). Lucky for us that she was that honest and helpful.

The roses that I bought from you were…
The roses that I bought from you were in for rembrance for my husband who has died a year and a half ago. They were planted in the garden beside our flat and are doing well despite the lack of rain over there.👉 We the last year.
