Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery, I ordered three potted roses these all arrived together in good condition, one was in flower with plenty of buds, it’s been planted for about three weeks now and smells totally divine. My other roses remain as leafless twigs but will be flowering and smelling amazing next year. then I ordered one more. This one arrived in its box which was totally squashed on one side, the whole length of the box was damaged so was concerned when I opened it but all was well. This one Gertrude Jeykell was another leafless twig so that possibly saved it from a nasty crush. It’s now planted and again I am already looking forward to seeing this one in full flower I already have two in my back garden so this in the front will surround us with colour and fragrance. Love them, love David Austin roses excellent quality.

Speedy delivery.
Speedy delivery.. Was disappointed that potted rose arrived clipped to bare stalks as it was a gift and this wasnt made clear. I had ordered a potted rose two days prior from a different supplier and it arrived in full bloom so I anticipated the same. This needs to be made clear.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry that you were disappointed with the appearance of your rose, particularly as it was purchased as a gift.
We appreciate that you may have expected the rose to arrive with foliage. However, the following information is stated on the Gabriel Oak product page:
“Your rose will arrive without leaves as it enters its natural winter dormancy. It will begin growing again in spring.”
We’re sorry if this information was overlooked when placing your order, and we hope your rose flourishes beautifully when it begins growing again in spring.
Kind Regards
Elaine.
