Bought two Milwaukee M12 3.5amp batteries. They worked fine for about 8 months of very light use but then failed, was seeing green and red flashing when plugged into the charger. No help from customer support, they said they had never seen that happen before and offered an 8% discount code (note there is currently a 5% code when you go on their website).

Yes the genuine batteries are a more expensive initial outlay but at least they won’t fall after couple of charge cycles. NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH.

Dies ist das allerletzte Unternehmen bei denen ich noch mals Akkus kaufen würde, bestellt habe ich 4x 5.0 Ah für Makita 18V mit LED geliefert wurden 4x 3.0 Ah 18V für Makita ohne LED, nach Rückmeldung bot man eine Nachlieferung v. 2x 5,0 18V Akkus für Makita an, erst kamen diese ewig nicht und dann ohne LED, jetzt habe ich zwar 6 Akkus für Preis 4 aber ob die die Leistung bringen, weis ich noch nicht.
Meine Empfehlung, Finger weg von dieser Firma

Garbage. I bought 4x 6ah for my Makita tools. Will barely power my tools for a few minutes.

Batteries are not serviceable, charging time 18-30 min and operating time 8-10 min, Makita 18V 6 Ah.

I bought 3 batteries and all of them were broken only after a couple of charges. I contacted the support and they wanted to send me replacement as soon as they got the new version of the battery but that never happened. I contacted them again and now they only sent me a coupon code. Yeah…

Battery does not take charge after about 15 loading cycles. Customer service is telling normal wear is not under warranty and now ignores me.

The charger broke after 2 weeks. So called „Customer Service“ doesn‘t even answer my email.
I’d be happy to change this review, if anything positive should happen…

I am using for Makita products. Works fine. Exelent charging time.

Dasbatteries are garbage, I advise anyone thinking of buying them , don’t .

The have very little power, don’t hold there charge and after a few week will more that likely stop working completely like mine ..

got what was to be two 3'6 amp batteries' no power in them at all. I cannot get to comment on their site. they say they are on hollidays. but still awnser others questions;

Of course, everyone can make a mistake once in a while. Also DasBatteries. With as many shipments as they have every single day, it may happen that they are going to send you the wrong item. They are good at apologizing for the mistake they have made, but from there it is nothing less than the world's worst customer service. At all genuine online stores, you expect in that situation to receive a return label together with an express shipment of real goods you have ordered.
Not at Das Batteries! Instead, they require both image and video documentation for you to be in possession of their faulty delivery, which they require you to test. They suspect you, even if they are the ones who made a mistake. If you pass this interrogation, you may be allowed to fill in an awkward address, and then you will have to pay to send their error shipment back to them. Here you must remember to get documentation of your shipment, otherwise you will never see your correct items. Only when they have received the wrong shipment that you paid for that they made, will they send you the goods you ordered and paid for.
I do not know what is legal in Germany, but in Denmark it is not.
I will not delete this review until you send me the item I have ordered, if it exists at all.
