We traveled from Manchester to Blackpool and back with Direct Coach Hire and were very satisfied with everything. We organized and arranged everything from Germany, with prompt replies via email. Reliable communication, and the driver, Tahir, was great too! Communication with Dave was also perfect. Thanks for everything! Greetings from Germany.

We used this company for a summer school group airport pickup and drop off. Their quote was an average price for this job. But since the group could not clear with passport control and met the driver after 1 hour scheduled time they asked me extra £150.
They also was supposed to drop off the same group and they did not send us drivers phone number 1 day before(normally they do). And then they went unreachable the phone number land line no response even the emergency phone number they provided is not working. I had to book an uber for my group to pick them at midnight to the airport and paid uber fee. Then driver is calling saying that he came to pick our group. I do not blame the driver but without confirmation and contact to driver how can I risk missing a flight for 8 people. The company management is terrible. They even did not refund my money for a service they did not provide. I strongly discourage you using this company.

I paid the full amount in advance, yet the booking was cancelled by the company less than 48 hours before the scheduled journey. I was told a refund would be processed straight away, but there was no follow-up communication. Numerous attempts were made to contact them via email and phone. While the refund was eventually made, this was a very stressful and poorly handled experience. We struggled to find alternative booking with such a short notice and ended paying higher rate. Will not recommend this company at all.

The drivers were punctual, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. Communication was excellent, we received the driver’s name and contact details in advance which made everything run smoothly. Do not book with this company I booked with them they was late to pick me up and then when they was ment to return they didn't they was aware of my nan being terminally I'll so I was under alot of stress at this time when I asked for a refund as they let 50 of us down stranded and they was meant to process the refund due to realising there mistake and never did they still haven't to this day I spoke back and fourth with a gentleman called Stephan and I was really up set they sent a report to say that they had sent the man back to collect us and the report said he was taking a break and he was no were by my destination I was spoken to by another gentleman who was rude and abrupt when I contact them by phone disgrace DO Not book with these scammers I paid alot of money in full and they did not return and not only we didn't get a refund also we had to all pay further taxis which cost a lot more money to get home from are destination

Booked a coach in February for 25 people to go Glastonbury. Cancelled a week before and failed to arrange an alternative, despite that being company policy. Can only presume they were offered a better quote and reneged on our existing booking. Hugely let down and incurred further cost having to book a last minute alternative. Would avoid at all costs.

From enquiring with them to making payment, and actually being picked up by them was so smooth sailing.
The communication between them was excellent and driver Stellian arrived 30 min early. Vehicle was clean, comfortable and everyone was very happy.

I used the online quote tool to get a coach booked for my upcoming wedding. The day after I received a phone call by the senior travel advisor Dan valentine. Dan was very helpful and while giving me a really good quote for the coach hire gave outstanding customer service. He was very polite and Courteous on the phone call, was very informative on what the details for the travel would be and gave me plenty of time to review the price and discuss with my bride to be before I booked the coach. Having been quoted from other services and been pressured by other sales advisors to book there and then I cannot fault the service I was given.
Dan Valentine is a wonderful asset to this company and he represents himself and his team very well.

As I understood Stefan (whom I communicated with) and this company in general work as "coordinator" for bus companies in the area of the UK. From the start, Dan Valentine took exceptional care in managing our church trip. We initially booked a 49-seater, but to our pleasant surprise, they provided us with a 57-seater complete with a bathroom. Dan also went above and beyond to accommodate one of our members with reduced mobility, ensuring the depot adapted a couple of seats just for him. Our driver, Heather, was kind and lovely throughout the entire journey, making the trip even more enjoyable. The booking process and the overall trip were flawless from start to finish.
