Arch Company is one of the best companies in the business, with amazing customer service. They have been extremely helpful to us in many ways.

A very special thanks to Hannah Adeniji, who has been an excellent supporter throughout. Her professionalism, care, and support have been truly appreciated.

Hannah at the arch co managed our move from one of their arches to a larger unit. She was really helpful and made the move as smooth as possible for us.

If you have the mobile number of the staff member, they're really great - helpful and pragmatic. If you go through the call centre, it's a bit of a different story - seems pretty inefficient, the teams aren't very knowledgeable and it feels very procedural and not user friendly. My four stars (which would in fairness be five, were it not for the customer centre) are for the staff who throughout my experience have been excellent.

Very easy to work with, polite, friendly and always responsive.

Just want to say a big thanks to Robert Taylor for his help. I was struggling with my electric due to being disconnected, Robert helped me. So many thanks Robert.

Samantha is a highly professional and kind individual. She offered the best possible solution and support during our challenging period. Arch Company is indeed fortunate to have such an incredible person as her.

Id like to positively review Hannah Adenji and Samantha Parkin for their amazing customer service and advice when I cane across a problem regarding the lease of a property I was responsible for. I truly recommend them for anyone who is worried about any problems they have regarding their lease.

I've only had positive experiences with Cecily here. We've rented one space from them and the process was simple and they've been really great landlords since. Cecily in particular is a star!

Excellent experience with The Arch Company. They were a great help when the wheels were falling off and wagons circling at Carnforth.

Hannah has been invaluable and extremely helpful throughout this process. We only opened our restaurant on the 3rd of April, so naturally we faced a few initial challenges while settling in. During this period, Hannah has been very accommodating, supportive, and proactive in helping us navigate everything smoothly. Her communication and professionalism have genuinely made a difference, and I really appreciate all the support so far.

I’ve been a long tenant at the arch company and I am very happy with all the team pretty much from all the departments, they are very helpful and very quick to respond if and when you need help .
I’m very thankful that I met Shane, at the Arch company, who is an amazing person Who understands how business operates . I think any big company or organisation would really like to have someone like Shane, as part of their team as he is very clued up and can get the job done .
From my experience, and what’s going on with my business at my unit the arch company are developing and combining two units,to make a bigger unit for my growing business, I
am very thankful to everybody at the Arch company. Especially Shane For all the hard work for seeing a big project like this turn into reality .

I have been a long standing tennant with arch co. There are a few people in particular that really stand out at that business that have earned my complete loyalty. One is David Smith, who I believe is a very strong asset to the business. I would like to continue my long standing relationship with arch co, because of people like him that I can still reach out to whenever needed even though he was promoted into another team a few years ago.

I would have given 5 stars but have had a few small issues that have been resolved fairly well, regarding a break in and a few other basic things, by Louise Griffin.

Overall I think since the network rail exit arch co has been moving in the right direction and it’s great to see so many derelict arches being given a new lease of life!

There is a nice community in my area on Holyrood street and I feel it is well looked after and serviced.
