I paid extra for next day delivery and received it 2 days later, if I knew it wasn’t going to come next day I wouldn’t have paid the extra cost. When I received them they were ripped but unfortunately you cannot send them back as “once the seal is broken, they can not be returned”

Your order was placed after our offices were closed so the item was despatched the next day and was sent on a 24 hour delivery as you requested and was delivered the following day. If the goods were faulty when you opened them then please send a photograph of the tights showing the tear to hello@dancedirect.com who will sort this out for you. We always do our best to make sure our customers get a good service.

Returns are processed within 14 working days of receipt of your parcel, and as we have just had an extended Easter break that would account for the delay. The returns team are working hard to catch up and you should receive your replacement soon.
Great workout through dance
The dance class run by Hayley Anderson is well organised, starts on time and is well attended. The class is great fun and a good workout commensurate for the varied age range of the attendees.

Two leotards both frayed after one…
Two leotards both frayed after one wear. When raised with the team. 1st leotard was replaced, second told they would ‘look into it’.

My experience purchasing from Dance Direct was truly amazing
My experience purchasing from Dance Direct was that the shoes that I ordered from them seem them awhile before I purchase them and then after along deliberation and eventually go the salsa dancing shoes I required. The shoe was despatched and received timely in the estimated time and it fits well may I say. Happily dancing away in my new dancing shoes I would highly recommend the site with there professional and fast service to deliver.
