This is the second time I have used…returns and repkacements
This is the second time I have used First Position . Unfortunately this time my order was too small so had to be returned . This was very easy to do , return form was downloaded with return label And replacement has been ordered . No problems at all .

Their customer service is excellent
Their customer service is excellent! My new leotard was mistakenly delivered to my post office rather than home address. When I emailed to ask where my delivery was Sarah from customer services got back to me within the hour letting me know where the parcel was. We exchanged a few more emails over the morning to clarify and I was able to collect my parcel that afternoon. Very efficient and helpful. The leotard (Capezio) is also good quality!

Small fit but great product!
Read another review that mentioned the sizes run small, ordered a size up and very glad I did. Perfect fit! Leotard is stunning, fabric is soft and I've had so many compliments on it! Delivery was quick too, one happy customer.

My shoes are actually in the process of being returned, they were good quality however they didn’t quite fit right and were not really what I was after.

Fab customer service... and leotard.
Lovely leotard! I was a little on sure in how to correctly measure my daughter up as she constantly pulls at the crouch of all her leotards. I call up direct and a very helpful lady told me how to measure her. I ordered the advises size and it’s perfect! My daughter said it’s so comfortable.
Thanks to lady that helped me on the phone, made a huge difference.

Consistent,reliable, first class service!
This is the second time that i have ordered products from 'First Position', the quality of the goods, value for money and speedy service have been excellent on each occasion. The advice provided on their website with regard to sizing has also proved to be spot-on! I would recommend them without hesitation.
