Terrell Dozier from Georgia delivered our new massage chair today. He was very polite and told me everything about it and showed me how to use the chair. He was very prompt. We first saw the chair at the southern christmas show in Charlotte, my husband sat in it and really enjoyed the massage. The chair will relieve his every day aches as the job he does is all about heavy lifting. Thankyou

Tested the Daiwa Hybrid Supreme at Sam's Club in Port Charlotte, FL. Angela was extemely helpful answering all my questions about this top of the line chair with all the bells & whistles. Purchased at a great price & delivered in less than a week. Jose & Fabian communicated exactly what time they would be arriving, carefully unpacked the boxes and bringing in each part not to damage any pieces. Jose explained how to remove the top piece to move it through the doorway and made sure I understood, but reassured me that the could help move to a different location in the future. He then went over the instructions for use with lots of tips, made sure I had the customer service number should I have any questions. Highly recommend this chair!

Bad quality! After less than 4 years, the upholstery started to break. I called the service center and was told the warranty does not cover wear and tear! A $4000+ product does not last for 4 years!!!

We ordered the Black Panther Supreme Hybrid from Tom at the Ventura County Fair. Tom was very patient with my husband and I as we had a lot of technical questions. The massage chair itself was dreamy. With a great price negotiated with Tom, we felt very good about this splurge of a purchase. Delivery was very quick and the delivery men (George Cruz and Daquane Thomas) were prompt and professional and they took the time for another explanation of all the features of the chair. We have been using it everyday and it has helped our bodies feel better. Thank you Tom and the Daiwa crew for a seamless experience, we couldn’t be happier.

A+ service from our purchase to delivery. We bought our Daiwa Legacy 4 massage chair at the San Diego Fair. Makaso was fabulous and very professional. The delivery team (Javier and his partner) were awesome. Next day we called technical support because the right speaker was defective. The new one arrived the next day! My husband and I purchased the Supreme Hybrid Daiwa Massage Chair and received it yesterday. We have thought about purchasing a massage chair for a long time and tried a few. I am so glad we bought this one!!! It has every feature you could ever want!! It is so quiet, also. The bluetooth feature allows your music to play so softly and transcends you to a full body, luxury spa experience. This chair is worth every penny!!! I have RA and am now am dealing with lower back issues. It is so hard for me to go to a massage therapist and relax enough to enjoy the massage, due to pain. This chair allows me to feel relaxed enough to enjoy the massage and use as much as needed. Do yourself a favor if you deal with chronic pain or are just in the market for a wonderful massage chair, Buy it!!

We have tried many chairs and when I sat in this one I knew I had to get it. The delivery guys were great, carried it upstairs for us, set it up, and explained all the controls. We just got it and have already been taking turns using it. My husband and I love it. It’s great that it can accommodate a deep massage to a light massage depending on what you want. Lots of options, definitely recommend.

Antonio and Rafael were great to work with setting up the message chair. Antonio took us through the display panel and the features of the chair. Both were very professional. The chair itself is fantastic. Already used it at lunch and now the wife is enjoying it.

After testing multiple chairs, we purchased our chair in Sams. It apprived a little over a week later. The technician who set up our chair arrived as schedule and showed us how to use the chair. I first tried the Daisy Supreme Hybrid massage chair while on vacation in Hawaii. Having looked and tried other brands, I instantly knew this was the perfect chair for my family. We just received our chair. Josue was not only the friendliest delivery person, he was also amazing in carefully getting our chair delivered and set-up in our home. He took the time to review the control panel, demonstrated the preselected auto and manual settings and pointed out the additional features on the chair. This is the best piece of furniture in our home. We use it almost everyday to relieve muscle pain and stress from work. I would highly recommend this chair!
