Unsatisfactory customer service.
Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with customer service. I was contacted an unnecessary and annoying amount of times with time changes, admin errors, forgetting the agreed times, number of hours, cleaner changes from the office, plus a few cleaners called me who I'd never met before and weren't even booked in to clean for me.
I was overcharged too.
One of my t shirts was ruined from ironing and not bought to my attention.
The clean itself was very good, but my experience of the organisation of the service and customer care when dealing with a complaint was not a nice experience.
I did eventually receive compensation but I won't be using them again.

Thank you for this, and I am sorry. Repeated changes, admin errors and calls from cleaners who were not booked to attend add up to a poor experience, and being overcharged on top of that is not acceptable. I am glad the cleaning itself was good, but that does not make up for the rest.
I understand compensation was provided, though clearly the damage was already done. If you would be willing to talk it through, I would welcome the chance to understand where we went wrong. My email is redford@daisymaid.cleaning.

Sparkling flat
Sarbjeet was punctual and polite and worked very hard to clean my flat. Particularly my hobbies room which had been neglected for sometime and was sparkling by the time Sarbjeet had finished.
Thank you Sarbjeet!

I am extremely unhappy with the service…
I am extremely unhappy with the service I received yesterday. I have spent just under £100 with this company, not counting all the extra cleaning products I had to buy myself – and after they left, I still had to clean my whole house properly myself.
Liz was very rude, did not listen to a single thing I asked for, and the work was completely unsatisfactory. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible. As a parent of 3 young children, I cannot afford to waste money or be treated this way.
I will never be using this company again and have asked to be removed from their system entirely. Do not waste your time or money here.

I am sorry this was your experience. Feeling unheard and then having to redo the work yourself is the opposite of what you were paying for, and I understand why you are upset.
I would like to look into the refund and the conduct you have described, but I cannot identify your account from this review. Please email redford@daisymaid.cleaning and I will pick it up personally. Your request to be removed from our system will be actioned either way.

Great personal attention and efficiency
The personal attention, time and effort by the administrator at Daisy Maid was invaluable when I had a cleaning emergency. The cleaner who arrived at very short notice was punctual, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. Daisy Maid have 400 vetted cleaners for one-off or regular visits. I am very pleased with the service they provide.

Avoid at all cost!
Avoid at all cost!
Clients are lovely
Was a cleaner - I was treated poorly!
Some staff let the company down, they don’t remember who works or who they send out then blame you for someone else’s mistakes
They are unprofessional and rude especially Liz
If you want poor quality work and poor customer service!
They told me they would do the references but I found out from referee there was no approach by them !
I’m an experienced housekeeper with versatile experience in domestic/commercial cleaning. I did the job well,
However they treat all
Staff poorly so can’t keep them !

Thank you for raising this. Reviews from people who have worked with us matter as much as those from clients, and what you have described is not the standard we want to set.
I am not going to discuss an individual's circumstances in a public reply, but I would like to look into it properly, particularly the point about references not being taken up, which is something we should be able to evidence either way. Please email me at redford@daisymaid.cleaning marked for my attention and I will look into it personally.
