Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with customer service from the admin side. I was contacted an unnecessary and annoying amount of times with time changes, admin errors, forgetting the agreed times, number of hours, cleaner changes from the office, plus a few cleaners called me who I'd never met before and weren't even booked in to clean for me. I was put forward for a regular clean I never agreed to. GDPR was breeched as my contact details were passed on to cleaners that didn't even come to me.

I was overcharged too.

They cleaned the wrong part of my house that was already clean, so I had to do the work myself anyway due to clients coming into my home.

One of my t shirts was ruined from ironing and not bought to my attention. Instead it was folded and put away - It looks like they hid the damage.

When I asked for financial compensation I was told absolutely no.
I was offered 2 hours free clean. I do not want to keep dealing with this company so there is no way I would want that. Plus due to the time pressure of clients arriving, there was no time for the company to put it right in time for the meeting.

I would not recommend this company at all

Sarbjeet was punctual and polite and worked very hard to clean my flat. Particularly my hobbies room which had been neglected for sometime and was sparkling by the time Sarbjeet had finished.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received yesterday. I have spent just under £100 with this company, not counting all the extra cleaning products I had to buy myself – and after they left, I still had to clean my whole house properly myself.

Liz was very rude, did not listen to a single thing I asked for, and the work was completely unsatisfactory. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible. As a parent of 3 young children, I cannot afford to waste money or be treated this way.

I will never be using this company again and have asked to be removed from their system entirely. Do not waste your time or money here.

The cleaners they sent were clearly inexperienced. Basic cleaning standards were not met: they did not vacuum, dusted using a dry cloth, mopped without adding any cleaning products to the water, and started by cleaning the floors before cleaning surfaces. Beds were left unmade, and toiletries were placed in the middle of the bathtub and left there after cleaning.

Once the cleaner arrived an hour late without any notice, the other time they left one hour early. One cleaner did not have a phone or even a bank account.

After I complained about two inexperienced cleaners, the agency sent a third cleaner who openly told me it was their first-ever domestic cleaning job. Rather than addressing the underlying issue, the agency simply sent another inexperienced cleaner while continuing to charge the full fee.

To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged during the first month, and because of the 13-week minimum contract, it is very difficult to leave despite the poor service.

Overall, I found the agency unprofessional and poor value for money. The quality of the service was so poor that I had to hire a second cleaner from a different agency to complete the work properly while still paying this agency in full.

The personal attention, time and effort by the administrator at Daisy Maid was invaluable when I had a cleaning emergency. The cleaner who arrived at very short notice was punctual, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. Daisy Maid have 400 vetted cleaners for one-off or regular visits. I am very pleased with the service they provide.
