Awful customer service. No compensation.
Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with customer service from the admin side. I was contacted an unnecessary and annoying amount of times with time changes, admin errors, forgetting the agreed times, number of hours, cleaner changes from the office, plus a few cleaners called me who I'd never met before and weren't even booked in to clean for me. I was put forward for a regular clean I never agreed to. GDPR was breeched as my contact details were passed on to cleaners that didn't even come to me.
I was overcharged too.
They cleaned the wrong part of my house that was already clean, so I had to do the work myself anyway due to clients coming into my home.
One of my t shirts was ruined from ironing and not bought to my attention. Instead it was folded and put away - It looks like they hid the damage.
When I asked for financial compensation I was told absolutely no.
I was offered 2 hours free clean. I do not want to keep dealing with this company so there is no way I would want that. Plus due to the time pressure of clients arriving, there was no time for the company to put it right in time for the meeting.
I would not recommend this company at all
