I had a great experience with DHC! I placed an order for a terp slurper set and accidentally clicked the wrong color before placing my order. Well I reached out to let them know and see how they could assist me, and they took care of the issue in less than 24 hours and they were very kind about it!

They're kinda crooked. Had extremely deceptive listing that appears to be one thing but is actually just parts. And basically lead you along in email until they decide no won't take return despite package being unopened and untouched. All through shipping process assured me that I could return for refund soon as I got it tune changed. Stay away deceptive company

I’ve tried ordering from them 6 times. Only twice has gone through successful without any issue. They take my money without making sure the package is delivered, then make me jump through tremendous obstacles just to have it resent. At this point, i won’t be resubscribing. I just want my money back.

Glass made outta terrible quality and the quality control is ever worse because my stuff is off centred or unshaped properly. I can’t remember what I or support said because it’s taken over a year for my email to be received. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY AT ALL. Can’t even make a proper complaint due to the fact this happened over a year ago and the website only allows minimum 12 months not a day over. Cool designs and attention grabbing stuff but in reality it’s dogshit all around

I have been a customer for a number of years now, so I have had to deal with their customer service. They are excellent people to work with. Prompt, courteous, and fully make the experience hassle free. As for their subscription service and website, everything runs smoothly except sometimes I do have trouble signing in or reviewing my account. I do hope changes or work can be done for that part of the site. If I would like, I may skip a month or gift it to someone else. They are imaginative and innovated in themes and supplies. I would, and I have recommend this to family & friends.

i really appreciate the monthly subscription box but i do just hope for a little more bubble wrap and padding for protection as my month of may box arrived with a smashed cereal bowl piece
