We always get such great service at the westlands location in Calgary Wyatt is knowledgeable and always smiling. We drive to that specific location because of him.

After contacting cana cabana store that I had not received my order, they had put in a request for investigation and even though some hiccups along the way with poor customer service of the in-store staff member the remainder of the staff including Ashley were very perfessional and helpful and refunded the money. Minus a few hiccups as stated this being a fantastic store for prices and product but also customer service Minus a few issues. Highly recommended if your looking for great products and prices but also a friendly space and always make you feel welcome

Last month I joined the canna cabanis elite club was told this month being my birthday to please come in and pick up your free birthday gift another perk they said !? Yesterday they send mea reminder to come in and pick my free gift on my birthday ☺️so went there hahahahaha!!!sorry don't have in stock,oh?? To be truthful she said we haven't had them in since April!?!?!!? So last month you people said and lied to me last month when I signed up telling me That I would as a perk oh and by the way the perks are just normal prices everywhere else ,sure it's lower than there prices, couldn't even offer any substatutions going to look for a honest company really now

The company advertises a product as 26% but when you get the product its actually only 20%. Then when you bring up the issue with Canna Cabana they decide to keep the false advertisement of 26% to hopefully trick more people instead of correcting it so people are accurately informed of what they're buying.

I created an account and I can save points. I am very happy I have a 15% off on my next purchase.

The store and staff are always lovely. Sometimes low stock but that’s my luck. Good prices and selection. My issue is with customer service. I just had simple questions about the elite membership, and customer service could not answer them. They were bypassing what I was saying and felt like they were just reading a script. I don’t even feel like they knew what the membership was.

I’ve had a great experience shopping at the Canna Cabana on 9th Street in Cornwall. The customer service is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. The staff take the time to answer questions and make recommendations when needed. Their prices are consistently some of the best around, making it easy to find great products at excellent value. Between the outstanding service and unbeatable prices, this location has become my go-to store. Highly recommended!

This subscription box advised me I would forever remain at one price as long as I stayed subscribed, which I have and now they’ve raised the price by $10. I have requested a supervisor multiple times and an agent named Zanish has refused to escalate my request. They advised me that no official communication went out saying the price would change, and that my grandfathered price would not be honored. Horrible business considering I’ve been a subscriber for 8 years!! I don’t recommend because this company doesn’t stand true to their word, they’ll raise their prices without noticing you of any changes, and they won’t escalate your issues to management.
