Pretty disgusted.
The customer service was good, however, we ordered (December 12) what was depicted in the online advert as a gold plated and jade necklace. The picture showed an adult wearing a substantial necklace. What we received was a largish box with a lot of packing paper and a very, very, very tiny little necklace that looks cheap, is nothing like what was advertised and would only fit a small child.

Necklace was poor quality, company cannot be held accountable, descriptions are false and the items are cheap plastic clearly part of some drop shipping operation
I am specifically warning UK residents that returns are even more difficult as they only process returns through California, USA (apparently) and so the packages must be posted internationally there.
majority of the positive reviews are very clearly fake, same format and structure, accounts have one review only and are always 5 stars

Disappointing.
I’m very disappointed because I passed an order, happy that I’ll finally receive something that will suit my whole aesthetic and finally finding Y2K gold jewels, but, they are not gold plated at all, as they say 🙂
Also, my sister also ordered, but silver jewels, that was supposed to be made of stainless steel, but in fact, they turned orange.
So if you want some fantasy jewels that will not last long, order here ! But if you want some quality jewels that will last in the time, meh, you should look somewhere else.

I bought a cross necklace a few months ago. At first sight you might think the quality is good, as they say it on their website, but the platinum plating is coming off and you can see the nickel. They praised it as hypoallergenic, which it was when the plating was still intact, but now I had an allergic reaction and my whole neck was swollen. The jewelry is really pretty, but don’t buy it if you want something that lasts long and if you’re allergic to nickel.

Scam, really bad quality, cheap china
I ordered a ring and earrings, which were listed as silver on their webpage. My package had chinese packages inside and the jewellery was of terrible quality and definitly no silver. I mailed with the company and after mailing back and forth they allowed me to send both products back. They only refunded the ring and not the earrings due to hygiene reasons. I had mailed with them about that before - saying that I understand, but the product simply isnt what I ordered, its cheap knockoff stuff. They never refunded me or replied to my emails again, they also delete negative comments on their instagram.

Not real silver
They had a pretty packaging as you can see, but the minute it touched water, it tarnished. They had the necklace listed as real silver, however that is not true. Feels very cheap. Please save your money if you like to buy real silver jewelry. This was a serious rip off and waste of $30 bucks.

Quality is ok
I was very skeptical about ordering from a shop that I only knew through their instagram account and what I can say is that you kind of get what you pay for. I bought two necklaces for 17.56€ each (20% off through a discount) which is not that much for a necklace if it’s really all that it claims. I still can’t judge if it’s going to tarnish or not but I’ll keep you updated. The product itself is made from relatively cheap metal but if you wear it it’s not strikingly obvious and I am happy with their unique design. As for the claims that their designs are just from Aliexpress I can confirm that some of them are on there but what is definitely a pro for this shop is that you a) definitely receive your product and b) it will be delivered within 10 days. Additionally on one necklace I could find an imprint of the shop but on the other I couldn’t. In conclusion I would say that the quality is ok, shipping and packaging were really good. It’s just depending on if you’re willing to pay this price or if you’d rather pay less but deal with the shenanigans of Aliexpress. I’m not sure if I’m going to order again but I’ll definitely cherish the pieces I already have since I’m just so in love with the designs

Do not buy from here. The company claims their jewellery is "full silver" and hence I thought the pricing of it being around $35 was fine. Received my items and it's clear that they are not full silver and instead some cheap metal. Did some research and found the exact same designs listed on Shein for $5. Not even sure if they'd tarnish in water or not.
