Website states return policy with an address that isn’t there. How do I return this item? Looks very cheap and not what I was expecting.

My experience with cute things coming has been very good, from the message exchange to receiving the package and the products. I loved the packaging and all the thought you put into every detail, from the colors to the stickers. The pieces are beautiful, original, and of good quality. I’m very happy with the whole experience and in love with my pieces.

Honestly, I am always hesitant to order from new (to me, I just discovered this brand on instagram) online shops. Luckily, my birthday was coming up, so I just put a few of my favorites on my gift list. I just got them (butterfly blue gem stone set) and I am seriously stunned. The pieces are SO beautiful, nothing like I've ever seen before. I have not worn them yet, so I can't say anything about the lasting quality. But the gold color is stunning, the gemstones are absolutely gorgeous and it seems like they put a lot of effort into all the details. I've read somewhere that you can get pieces just like these at a shop like AliExpress but I honestly could not find any + I don't believe for a second that those are the same quality as these. The quality looks and feels great. I cannot wait to wear them!!! Will definitely be ordering some other pieces myself verrrrrry soon!

Das Paket von Cute Things Commin war nach einer Woche schon da - super schön verpackt mit Luftpolsterfolie in Herzchenform und handgeschriebenem Zettelchen mit persönlicher Anrede! Zusätzlich waren noch kleine Sticker beigelegt. Bestellt wurden zwei Ketten - eine in Gold und eine in Silber. Beide Ketten haben eine erstaunlich gute Qualität, sind sehr filigran und WUNDERSCHÖN! Sehen in kleinster Weise aus wie Modeschmuck :) Ich würde sofort wieder bestellen und kann die negativen Kritiken definitiv nicht bestätigen!

Their jewelry was purchased from China's Taobao, with each item costing only $2 USD. Now they are selling them in the United States for over $20 USD, and the quality is extremely poor.

Got one necklace and earrings. The necklace got discolouration after a short time and the earrings lost their gemstones. They sent me new earrings because this „wasn’t supposed to happen“ but the new ones had the same issue. So all in all the quality is bad

Absolutely amazing! They genuinely look after their customers. I purchased a necklace from them 2 years ago and I notice it started to rust from everyday where and tear and they replaced it for free! It is one of my favourite necklaces, wore it so much and I messaged them on a whim to see if this was meant to happen. They said absolutely not! And replaced it, without me even asking. Amazing customer service, they truly go above and beyond and I cannot recommend this company enough.

I did read the reviews but still decided to ordered! BIG MISTAKE!! Ordered 8 items and 1 by 1 they are tarnishing. Very disappointing. Their designs are beautiful but the quality is very poor. I do have to say that when I contact them they do refund me.

The jewelry arrived super quickly and wrapped in the cutest packaging. Additional stickers and cute notes were added in the box to complete the customer experience. Love the brand, would definitely purchase again.

Very cute jewellery! Ordered a necklace and it came fully intact with cute packaging. You even get some stickers and a paper to help take care of your jewellery. Been wearing this necklace non stop for a few weeks, even during sleeping and exercising (which is advised against because of the exposure to sweat) and it still hadn't shown any signs of tarnishing. Obviously dont recommend doing this, but it is proof of quality. Then again this necklace is one of their newest products so I don't have any idea of the quality of jewelry distributed in the past.

Cute things coming has some of the most unique and ethereal pieces, I have never recieved so many compliments on an item of jewellery before in my life! So affordable and quality is so good for the price. Will keep buying from this brand for life!!
