Turned my skin green after the first wear. I’m not buying this crap again. The only reason I hadn’t returned it was because I haven’t had a chance to actually wear it in those 14 days you have for a refund. Sad. I would not recommend because it’s not so cheap and the quality is a literal joke. Paying 29€ for a necklace that you can smash in the trash after just one use is ridiculous

The bracelet is pretty, but the clasp is poor; you have to pull on both sides to tighten it, but it doesn't stay closed... it's a shame.

Malheureusement les bijoux m’ont déçue de par leur qualité, on voit tout de suite que la couleur fait bizarre et cheap (j’ai pris des bijoux dorés) et je sens qu’ils ne vont pas tenir très longtemps si je les porte régulièrement.

ive ordered a few pieces from here, all of them having been great but im very disappointed in the one ring I bought. I had only ever bought earrings and a necklace, both being quite fancy so I only wear them on special occasions but I bought a ring a few months ago which I wear a lot and have noticed it has started to tarnish. It wasnt a cheap ring especially not cheap enough to allow tarnishing. I always thought the quality of the jewellery was great but clearly I was wrong. I wonder if I wore my necklace and earrings more if they were to do the same. Won't order from here again as selling jewellery that tarnishes is a big red flag for me :(

De beaux bijoux, malheureusement le collier plaqué or censé être résistant à l'eau et inoxydable s'est mis à rouiller sévèrement (le plaqué or se retire puis le métal en dessous devient couleur rouille). très déçue car j'aimais beaucoup l'esthétique de la marque mais force est de constater que les matériaux ne sont pas vraiment conformes à ce qui est indiqué sur le site. J'ai par ailleurs fais un test en approchant un aimant du collier et certaines parties étaient attirées, d'autres non, prouvant les différences d'alliages de métaux.

The jewellery is well made and beautiful, just as pictured. I appreciate how much thought and love was put into the packaging - from the pink heart bubblewrap to the high quality jewellery bag and cute stickers. That added to the experience and excitement of my purchase.
I will absolutely be purchasing again.

Delivery took awhile and then i had it for 3 weeks if that, and the necklace snapped in half?? i cant even fix it, gonna have to replace it. Really annoyed tbh cause i really liked it but quality is Sh**

I have a bracelet from here that I bought a year ago and it has yet to tarnish so I bought a recently bought a ring from here because of my good experience last time and it was still amazing!! It’s overall a cute brand with personalized notes and stickers every time you order. Everything down to the boxes are really high quality.

The timing is perfect, they take very little time. I use these jewels almost every day and have never found a flaw. I hope this brand gets the visibility it deserves because everything is truly wonderful.

Ich habe über Jahre hinweg regelmäßig bestellt und war lange eine zufriedene Kundin. Die Qualität war größtenteils gut.

Sehr enttäuscht bin ich jedoch vom Punktesystem. Nach einer E-Mail über bald verfallende Punkte habe ich einen 20 %-Rabatt eingelöst. Beim Vergleich ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Preise über den E-Mail-Link höher waren als auf der regulären Webseite. Teilweise lagen die Unterschiede bei mehreren Euro, sodass der Rabatt faktisch keinen Vorteil brachte.

Das empfinde ich als irreführend und unfair. Vertrauen geht so leider verloren. Ich habe mich vom Punktesystem abgemeldet und werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Ordered multiple times from this website and I’m from the UK. Comes quick. Any issues I’ve had they have replaced the jewellery straight away. Such beautiful items and haven’t had any tarnish as of yet. Love all their pieces unsure why so many negative reviews!
