Buyer BEWARE! This is a fake site. It has stolen images and even reviews from Etsy shop owners and is using them as their own. They will not send you the product you ordered because they don't have it! It's all a scam, please do not purchase from them. They only want your money.

I ordered personalised baby silicone cutlery set bowl and bib. I Didn’t have a lot of communication from them but I did receive my order 👍🏻

I purchased a dog blanket and pillow from Customwarms and never recieved any merchandise.

Ordered a blanket on 11/8, shipper label created 11/10. Ever since then kept receiving only the following; On Its Way to USPS

Tried to email them a couple times and never received any reply back.
Opened an incident with my credit card company and, thankfully, got my money back today.
Don't order from this company, it's a big scam.

They are lucky i have to give one star. Cause they don't deserve that. I purchased 3 pup cups from them. Not only did it take almost 3 months to receive One was broken in the mail. I paid for insurance but can't get customer service to respond. Waste of money. Poor customer service.

Worst company ever. Not responsive, never got my products and best of all never got my refund for it. What a joke.

Order took 6 weeks, product is LAUGHABLE.. an Easter basket the size of a coin purse, the biggest rip off EVER will put this on social media and when I see them advertising I will do a customer beware....

Product arrived faulty and not like the picture at all - I tried to get my money back without any success- customer service is none existent they don’t even reply to emails unless you chase them - I would not buy from here - I wish i read these reviews prior to buying.

the product finally arrived and the quality is not bad, but I ordered it from Italy and it arrived after 22 days. In the meantime I tried to contact the manufacturer via the site, email and Messenger and never received a single response. I'm sorry but first and last time for me.

Worst "customer service" I have EVER dealt with.
I will NOT reccommend to ANYONE, I will tell people to go.to Etsy before going to this website and placing an order.
It took over a month to get to me. I was told about shipping, but never given any tracking information (was about to come to accepting a loss on the money I had spent). Incorrect size.

Overall GARBAGE.
Here i was hoping for sweet sentimental gifts for my grandparents but i have these 2 personalized abominations that I'm embarassed to even text a photo of them.

Both thumbs way. Way. WAY down.

Ordered on 12/6. Paid $25 for express shipping which said 5-10 business days and I was supposed to get it before Christmas. Tracking number was sent to me but updates stopped once it got to California. Shows USPS is awaiting item and no updates since 12/20!
I have emailed and messaged them on their web page several times. No response.

My order said delivered but I never got it. I tried to contact them through two different emails of theirs and messaged them on Facebook (like their website says to do) and they didn’t respond until I commented with a complaint on one of their post. They told me my package said delivered and gave me a number to call which the automated system referred me right back to messaging them. When I told them that, they went back to saying it was delivered and then stopped responding.
I also reached out through paypal, what I paid through, and no response. So I took the matter further with PayPal to get my refund.

Ordered on 11/20/22. Contacted company through the customer service twice, no response. Finally got my order of 3 blankets yesterday 12/20/22 from China of course. I will never order from a Facebook or Instagram ad again. The blankets were $25 a piece and the quality was more like $5 other than they were personalized.

Ordered two blankets for my grandchildren on Nov 16. No way to track package, no way to contact seller, looks like they stole my money.
This outfit is a scam, stay away at all costs.

Very fustrated with this company . I ordered something special and nothing. An email stating that my order is confirmed. No tracking number. Now I'm running around before Christmas trying to get the same product.. I should of read the reviews..

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a personalized blanket for my grandson. After waiting what seemed like forever, I finally received a tracking number, which is fake. Needless to say, I’m frustrated and furious.
There is no effective way to reach the company and there is no live person in customer service. It’s all a scam.

First I placed an order, but didn't receive a confirmation or anything, although the payment had cleared for the purchase. So I send an email and finally received a confirmation that my order had shipped.
My package took about a month before it arrived. When I opened the box, I was so disappointed.
The spelling of the personalized gift for my son was incorrect.
Of course I emailed the company again, but didn't receive a reply for a few days.
When I explained what had happened, they told me they could not correct the mistake, but could offer me a discount on a replacement order, due to the high shipping cost. I even agreed to that and asked them to send me another product with the 'correct name' on it.
But after that, I never received anything else again. So I reached out to customer service once again, to inquire about my replacement order and they have been completely ignoring me now.
But my money is gone and the product is not what I wanted. Not to mention that the quality of the hat and scarf I ordered do not justify the steep prices they charge.

In my opinion, you're really taking a risk when ordering from customwarms.

Ordered and paid for on11/11/22. Tracked all the way to city nearby,, sent numerous emails, FB messages with no reply... Called all the local postal office, UPS and EFedEx,, no one knows anything.. Was supposed to be Christmas presents for my grandsons---SCAM
