I’ve waited for over 5 weeks and still haven’t received my order
I’ve contacted twice but no answer

Reckon I’ve been caught in a scam. Ordered supposedly chlorine resistant one piece on 31/12/24 but no message to confirm shipping 2 weeks later and emails unanswered. Beware websites offering items at prices too good to be true!!!

I agree with the comments made here. I'm sure I didn't order a size 8. Why would I since I am a larger size. 2 swimsuits did arrive. The too small size 8 ( not size ordered) seems of reasonable quality the larger one is unacceptable. No hem on the skirt. Very thin stretch straps which would hold up nothing and a shelf rather than cups for a large sized bust to float around in. Totally unacceptable.

THIEVES - Ordered and paid for a swimsuit - and never got anything totally fraudulent . Sent two emails asking for my order or a refund No Response DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Ordered for 3 weeks, not receive the order, and no one even reply to any of the emails. Looks like a fake one!!!!

Items were both sent in a decent timeframe, but one of them was the wrong size. Okay, maybe I ordered it incorrectly - that's fine, as they have a returns policy as stated on the website. All I have to do is contact them in the 30-day window and they'll send me the instructions. Too easy.

Before the item is even dispatched, I have sent an email stating that I will need to return the item and requesting the information. I hear nothing in reply. Okay, maybe they're waiting for the item to be delivered. It arrives and within ten minutes of receiving it I send another request. Guess what I hear? Absolutely nothing.

This is, without a doubt, a fraudulent company. It's not Australian, as it purports to be - the items were shipped from China. They clearly have no intention of ever honouring their own returns policy. Also, I'm not going to say for sure that they had a poorly coded website that caused my order to be incorrect, because I'm human and fallible and maybe I somehow ordered a size 8 instead of an 18. That seems like an easy typo for a lazy and incompetent coder to make, though.

This is a dishonest business operating under .com.au but claim they operate from USA.
The bathing suit I ordered was so ill-fitting it was
impossible to describe the fit.
1. I contacted them requesting return address and was advised to lay the bathing swim suit on the floor and measure the bust waist etc. They needed these measurements so they could ensure, in the future their measurements would be correct. WHAT A BLOODY JOKE.
2. Then they offered a 15% discount - no mention of return address.
3. Now I am being offered 30% discount +20% discount on my next purchase.
and if they give me the USA address the postage will be expensive. As if I would purchase from them again ??
4. I have family going to USA for Christmas I advised them I would have the swim suit posted back to them from USA & also produce a receipt of the postage.

The website promises delivery in 7-15 days, I bought my items on Oct 6, it is Nov 29 and nothing has turned up. When I emailed them, they messaged me back with sass, attitude and rudeness, but no updated delivery date. I don’t expect to receive my item.. please save your money.
