I’m so impressed with this brand! My order was shipped out incredibly fast, and they really went above and beyond to get it sent ASAP. The customer service team was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, which made the experience even better. And the products? Absolutely amazing, exactly what I was hoping for! Not impressed with the quality of the item. The returns policy allows for store credit only and it takes weeks for items to be processed. Not reliable if you are buying something for a specific event. Found customer service unhelpful when dealing with delays. Avoid, there are plenty of other stores who will process your order quickly and offer a refund if any issues.
Earring purchase
I ordered jewellery. Delivered in bag. No protective packing. As a result when I opened it was damaged. There was no packing list in package just their paper ad.
They said they will not refund or replace item.
Buyer beware. Do NOT buy from them.

If you want to experience them taking your money to pay for additional shipping, gross lack of communication & your order not being delivered on time & then when they take responsibility for their error it’s too late & they don’t even offer you express shipping for their mess up because they blame it on their “small team” - then go ahead and order from here it’s the place to experience it all.
I made an order on 19/3/2026
Order was delivered and received to me on 23/03/2026 then was promptly returned back to the post office for an exchange for sizing on the same day - 23/03/2026.
On 26/03/2026 I received an email from Byamica to say my exchange is almost complete as they had received my order back at the warehouse - I just needed to pay for postage for my order to be sent back to me (which is of itself is another issue.. when I paid my initial order I paid what they call a free returns and shipping protection… do yourself a favour and don’t pay for it cos they’ll lug you with having to pay for your order to be shipped again)
So I paid the additional $10 postage on 26/03/2026 because I needed my dress in time for Easter. When I didn’t receive any updates about my order by Saturday I started to email them. Then out of pure desperation when I had not received any shipping confirmation by Tuesday 31/03/2026 I tried to call and email them relentlessly and to no avail. None! No call back, no communication! So frustrating!!
Today 2/4/2026 a whole week after countless emails on my end & unanswered phone calls following up the status of my dress, THIS WAS THE response I was given (via email) -
“ We apologise for the delay this had taken,
We have been investigating this further with our Return and Warehouse team, and our Returns Officer had raised there had been an issue with the garment however upon further investigation we had found this to be a miscommunication and it had been processed”
WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. I quite opened the package when it was delivered, tried it on realised it wasn’t the incorrect size & returned it to the post office within the hour. So being told there “may have been an issue with the garment” is insulting. The ribbon draped across the bloody dress is still in tact.
So due to the miscommunication within their warehouse I now am without a dress for Easter and I can’t even ask for a refund because their company policy won’t give refunds even though the ACCC says businesses cannot refuse refunds! And to be honest after this whole mess I don’t even have it in me any more to deal with them. They’ve caused me so much stress.
So now I’m out of pocket because I’ve had to make alternative arrangements & order another dress from somewhere else all because they couldn’t let me know there was a “miscommunication within the team”. I’m disgusted. They couldn’t even express ship it knowing it was their error & I needed my dress for Easter. So now it’s 8/4 and I’ve only just received notification that it’s being delivered today.
UNPROFESSIONAL. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
Rest assured I’ll do everything I can NEVER to recommend this place. Don’t waste your time.

I recently bought a number of items. I needed to return one item and tried contacting them several times over two weeks. I finally received a response telling me to follow the returns process. This involved not only paying for return postage, but an additional fee to secure the exchange item! What a rip off!! I will not be buying from them again. Very disappointing.

I bought two dresses for an event with the expectation of returning one item. On arrival one didn’t fit and the second I did not like how the style sat on me. I went online to process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the parcel in the mail and have been told I can only get a store credit. This was not obvious on their website at all. Extremely disappointed!

Firstly, their sizings are way off to the point where you buy your normal size and can’t fit your head through the garment.

What’s the cherry on top? The fact that they don’t offer refunds and only offer you a store credit which goes against Australian laws.

Good quality clothes. Breached their terms and conditions regarding store credit. Didn’t issue a store credit within stated time frame and are now ignoring my emails. Have raised with Consumer Affairs and the ACCC.
They’re holding onto my money
I returned my order in November and returned the entire thing. Two months later, they are still holding $230 of my money. I haven’t been issued a credit or refund.
Despite having all items returned, I was later asked to “confirm” whether I had sent everything back, even though they already had the full return. Communication has been slow and inconsistent, and I’ve had to repeatedly chase this up myself.

I have always found shipping to be quite slow. They now also place a ribbon on their garments which makes it really difficult to try the dresses onstage and see if they sit properly on you.
