Good company. Very responsive to emails. The Paloma curtain tracks are excellent. Would have been 5 stars had it not been for the poor service from the courier they use.
We had struggled to find curtain poles for our front windows needing 5 metres and 2.5 metres matching. We had limited choices but this exceeded all our expectations. It looks beautiful and excellent... Zobacz więcej

Quality product
Ordering process was easy, delivery swift. The goods were very well packaged and the finish of the wrought iron pole and fittings were exemplary. Sound attention to detail. Looks like a powder coated finish. I wanted a quality, refined look without it being forced, and this item delivered. High quality product, not cheap, but, I'd buy again. Made in England and they look chic and refined in my garden office!

It is a good quality curtain pole…
It is a good quality curtain pole although would have liked male and female connectors built into the pole for joining the two halves. The advice is to cut the pole where it joins in the middle but more sensible to cut at the ends as the finials cover the cuts and as mentioned if you have in built connectors in the middle it makes things easier. Screw for joining the two halves is not very good plus you have to be very precise drilling new hole.

Shocking returns service…
The curtain pole is a good standard however when I tried to return some items I have had no response whatsoever, despite emailing twice. Shocking service.
The correct process and email address was followed. I have just sent everything on to you - again.

Dear Lesley,
We are very surprised to read your review, as customer service is of paramount importance to us.
If you have not received a response, it is possible that either the incorrect email address was used, or your order number was not included in the email, which is essential for us to quickly identify and address your inquiry.
Please use our inquiry form to send us a message about the order as this will be directed immediately to our return team.
*Update- We wish to inform you that your email has been received. We have determined that your specific communication was initially filtered due to its classification as suspicious.
Please be assured that this matter is currently under investigation. To ensure seamless communication, we recommend that you correspond with us directly via email rather than through Trustpilot, as the latter may affect the delivery of your messages.

Great Service
Very efficient and easy ordering system. Excellent on delivery. The pole has been checked and everything fine, just waiting for the fitter to do the job. Having worked for 25 years as Head of a Soft Furnishings Department I know quality of goods and service is so important. Will always use again in the future. Christine

Ridiculous returns system
We ordered a 240cm curtain pole but on arrival realised the wood didn’t match the rest of our furniture as closely as we had hoped. The curtain pole was still in its original box, completely unopened. When trying to return we were told we would have to arrange this ourselves and at our own expense; the parcel was too large for most standard delivery/returns companies and the cheapest available courier option was over £40. So in order to get a refund on our £50 curtain pole we were expected to pay £40 of our own money, making the entire process not worth it. Would advise against using this company if you think there is any chance you may need to return the product. The system is completely nonsensical.

Odpowiedź od Curtain Pole Store
Dear Jake,
Our terms of return specify that customers are responsible for arranging returns through their own courier. We offer a sample service designed to allow customers to assess the color of the pole set before making a purchase; utilizing this service could have helped you avoid ordering a pole set that does not complement your interiors.
Therefore, considering the availability of our sample service, a negative review based on return expenses may be unwarranted.
In addition, the cost of returning a 120cm parcel is approximately £8-£12 if you use a reputable company. The claim of £40 has been made to damage our reputation.
Sincerely,
Curtain Pole Store
