I have returned my order and never received the money back
I have returned the ordered (merchandise) and never received my money back. I received a notification that the merchandise arrived at the seller. Cult Gaia does not answer my e-Mails.
I will never ever order at this platform again and will tell everyone to not order there.
Nothing But Frustration
Cult Gaia is another of those sketchy social media-based businesses. They have lots of glitzy promos on your Instagram feed, and objectively outlandish prices, but it's a clown show behind the scenes. I placed an order for an in-stock item, and even paid extra for expedited shipping, only to have Cult Gaia go radio silent. (And, as others have noted, good luck trying to get that 10% off your first order, it ain't happening.) After more than a week without any update I attempted to track my order on the Cult Gaia website, which came back with nothing but a generic message to contact support. I waited until noon the next day (I'm east coast, their support is west coast) and contacted support to find out what was going on with my order. They couldn't find any updates for, but offered to flag it in hopes that something would happen with it sooner. However at that point, given that the order hadn't even started processing (the website language implies that if you get an order in by 12pm PST it's going to be processing that day), even with my expedited shipping, the order wasn't going to arrive in time for the gifting occasion for which it had been ordered, so I requested a cancellation of the order. Apparently they need to actually start processing the order to cancel it, so I'm still waiting to see if/when any of this actually happens. There are lots and lots of businesses that have figured out how to do something as simple as sell a dress on the Internet, there's no reason to overspend at a business which, clearly, has not.

I lost 790$ yesterday because of their dysfunctional payment method. I live in Singapore and eNets is one of the payment method offered. After paying the amount, money taken from my account - they now insisted I’ve never made any order with them when I asked for an email confirmation. The customer service has been awful - I have reached out on 3 different channels - live chat, email, Instagram - none willing to help. Now my money is lost and I do not know how to reclaim it. I lost all trust and would never ever order again. Steer away. Fraud and horrible customer service.
Buyer Beware!
I have purchased at least 10 bags this past year because they have a very wonderful product. However, their customer service is absolutely horrible. I purchased the last bag on sale and it came with no box or dust bag. When I complained because I store my bags in their boxes or at minimum dust bag, they informed me that particular bag didn't come with it. I cry a lie!! I sent over 10 e mails asking for them to send me at least a dust bag. No response from them. Buyer beware! They suck on their follow-up and customer satisfaction. They could care less.
Cult Gaia - insanely overpriced rip off
Cult Gaia is an insanely overpriced rip off of other people's beautiful creations throughout history. They are not inspired by vintage pieces, Cult Gaia directly rips off gorgeous original creations and calls it their own. Please do not support them - there are so many original, unique, sustainable brands out there. OR buy vintage pieces, hopefully so that you can support a cyclical economy but also because Cult Gaia is a rip off and overcharge above and beyond for what they sell. Would love to see some transparency on their profit margin and manufacturing processes... food for thought.
Refused an exchange even though item comes up very small
I purchased an item in their sale which stated it was a size M. I am a size 8-10 uk though when the item arrived it came up very small. They have an item in L available but are refusing to swap the item. They keep referring to a policy though have the autonomy to swap the item which wouldn’t leave them in the same stock position. This item and my £300 will now be wasted. Very disappointed will not shop with them again.

The bag was over 300 pounds, I was so excited to have my first luxury bag, it was a pink bag and before I even left to attend the wedding it was purchased for it was knocked from my couch to the floor, it smashed into pieces.
After months of trying to get a resolution from the shambles of a company I ordered from I was told that it’s not a manufacturer issue and there is nothing they will do to help

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company EVER!
I purchased the Quella Too and it was defective. I exchanged many many emails and they were unwilling to even repair it when I was willing to PAY for it or assist me in finding the fabric so I could get it repaired myself.
So I have a $600 top that I have not been able to wear even a single time!
They will not give me a phone number to speak to a person and will not assist in ANY WAY! The last message referred to a bag as if they aren’t even reading my message.

Cult Gaia Samira tote is terrible quality for the price. I noticed that Design and marketing appears to be very strong but the execution of creative ideas results in accessories that fall apart after 1 use. Save your money and spend elsewhere.
Poor quality, bad design, expensive
I bought a very expensive dress that turned out to be very very poorly made, with serious design flaws and I had no way of returning it. The quality is close to terrible and is not worth it whatsoever. If you spend money with then you will be disappointed (also poor return policy).

I asked my brother who live in State to order Hera nano bag for me month ago via their website and now i just got the bag and unpack it.

Bait and Switch
Tried using a 10% off coupon for signing up. Spent over 45 minutes with a customer support agent who essentially told me the coupon doesn't work on anything in "New" or "Core" collections. Turns out pretty much everything is either New or Core. What a waste of time. I feel like they're running a scam with a bogus coupon and they dupe their customers. I bought the item on Bloomingdales for $125 less!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 dresses to try on and return and the return policy as stated in their website is 14 days since delivery receipt and the software they use is mistaken because I'm within the 14 day window. The specific items on the product page has a section for returns and it doesn't say anything on the product page either specifying when it has to be returned!
UPDATE: After calling the in-person store to escalate my situation to corporate, i got my emails addressed and got a shipping return label for my items. Not having numbers and such a tight return window is crazy because they are not speedy in their response

Terrible customer service, no guarantee on when your items will ever arrive. Ridiculous return policy, only 7 days from when your item arrived and you will be charged for return shipping. The shipping they charge is also inflated, I ship things all the time so I know what rates are from UPS, USPS and FedEx. They charged me $12 to ship from Los Angeles to Hesperia! This brand is such a scam.
Be warned, if you absolutely need an item from this brand buy it from Nordstroms or Bloomingdales, it may cost more but they are able to guarantee shipping more effectively and have better return policies. With the shipping Cult Gaia charges and their stupid 10% coupon not applicable to most items you’re not really saving money by shipping on their website directly.
Once you place an order on CG’s website you CANNOT cancel it, don’t even bother shopping online with them.

Like the other reviews, I ordered a dress over two months ago and I have yet to recieve it. So you know, they cannot, and I quote, "Guarantee delivery dates." SO keep that in mind when ordering ANYTHING. I have asked for updates multiple times from them and they have not been transparent about their shipment policies. Its sad because I love their look and their clothings, but how can you run a sustainable business when you cannot guarantee shipment dates? Insanity. I made an order for a bag on their website. At the time of purchase, there was no mention of the item being a pre-order anywhere. Then come the email confirmation, I never got one but I noticed my card was charged right away. One month later, I contacted customer support to inquire about my purchase order and to cancel it because it’s been 1 month (I did not know it was a pre-order because it didn’t say when I placed the order, and there was no email to let me know). I was told that it was a preorder so I couldn’t cancel it per the company’s policy. But my problem was that this is their policy REGARDLESS of whose fault that is. In this case, it’s clearly theirs but their customer support insisted that they do show a pre-order status on their website.
I attempted to place another order of the same page as I was chatting with the rep, and sent them a screenshot showing that it didn’t say anywhere about the preorder. They didn’t answer my question, of course and kept insisting they can’t do anything.
I want to make sure I got my evidence saved up so I asked if I could get a chat history and the rep said no, because I didn’t enter my email address at the beginning of the chat but I didn’t remember it asking me. I then tried on a different browser making sure it wasn’t my fault either and sure enough, there’s no where for you to enter your email prior to the chat.
The point is: they are not customer focused. They try to get your money as best as they can and refuse to accommodate even in situations when it’s clearly their fault.
I will be warning everyone I know of this bad business.
Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I returned an item because it was too small. There was no smaller size on offer so I could not opt for an exchange. After chasing for weeks for my refund I was eventually informed that the item had been returned to me due to being worn and washed. I had never worn the item (other than to try it on) and had never washed it.
