I’ve had cues and accessories from this firm over the last few years. My latest enquiry was for a male threaded replacement (for my spare - “banana” cue shaft). I mistakenly ordered a female thread shaft. When I realised and called them, their representative hunted high and low for what I wanted. On realising they didn’t have the shaft I needed, he then hunted for an adaptor, unfortunately without success. What I’m most impressed about - besides the friendly - professional service I received for an “occasional customer” was that I had a full refund to my card within 12 hrs. Bang on - Thank you.
