Ich war sehr enttäuscht, als ich den Qtwist bekam. Es war nicht einmal ein Etui dabei, obwohl dies in Ihrer aufwendigen Reklame und auch der beiliegenden Betriebsanleitung benannt wird. Und das Ganze dann für 39€, die sofort nach der Bestellung abgebucht wurden, obwohl die Sendung sehr lange unterwegs war. Leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

I watched few videos of this company in YouTube, it is all a lie, it is so bad that there is a case to complain to YouTube and to request stopping showing these adds. Some people may consider YouTube is helping spreading lies when playing these videos. Please stay away from this company and its products.

Ich kann nur jeden warnen, der versucht über diesen Dienstleister seine Retoure abzuwickeln.
Der Trick: Du musst Deine Retoure nach China schicken. Dafür benötigst Du auch noch eine Tracking-Nr. weil sonst Deine Retoure angeblich nicht bearbeitet werden kann. Für 43 Gramm Warenmasse wurden in meinem Fall 43 € für die Sendung nach China fällig. Das macht 1 € pro Gramm Warenmasse!!! Also macht Euch bitte zuerst über den Retouren-Dienstleister des Händlers schlau, bevor ihr einkauft. In meinem Fall habe ich ahnungslos bei pandooshop.com gekauft und bin sauber vorgeführt worden.
ACHTUNG! Neben dem pandooshop.com gibt es noch den Shop gopandoo.de. Bitte nicht verwechseln! gopandoo.de setzt sich für weniger Plastik in unserer Welt ein, hat sehr gute Produkte und ist mit dem Plastikmüllerzeuger pandooshop.com nicht im Geringsten vergleichbar.

Mensen Hier absoluut NIET bestellen. Ze verwijzen graag naar de algemene voorwaarden waarin staat dat je zelf de verzendkosten kunt betalen als je je aankoop retour wilt sturen. Pakketje China kost al gauw 38 Euro.
In verhouding stuurt dus bijna niemand terug omdat je dan ook nog maar moet afwachten of ze je geld terugstorten. Zelfs als het de fout van CSC (Pandooshop) is. Ze sturen bv een "revolutionair" scheerapparaat op (echt een flut ding) en hij is incompleet en kapot. Stuur maar terug zeggen ze...... 38 Euro lichter terwijl ik er geen drol aan kan doen.
Zijn echte criminelen. Heb al 19x met ze gemaild naar weigeren geld terug te storten. Mensen bestel hier niet. Kijk voor hetzelfde product op een andere webshop maar koop hier NIET! duidelijker kan ik niet zijn.

Upon coming across an ad on YouTube for getpolaire.com, I was extremely frustrated at not being able to locate proper company details on their website.
Upon further investigation, I found the name of their company and tracked down that it is situated in the UK.
When a business intentionally chooses to bury their contact information deep within the fine print of the internet, it is usually a cause for concern.
Decided to run a quick search for the 'so-called' engineers who designed this portable air cooler, AND was not surprised to find no mention of them online -- neither with regards to their 'invention' nor with their supposed business relationship.
Buyer beware! A lack of transparency usually means only one thing...

I placed an order and tried to cancel after about 2 hours. I got no confirmation so tried again repeatedly as they say you have only 8 hours to cancel. All attempts to cancel via their website and email were ignored until they eventually replied to say I was too late to cancel even though the product had not yet been shipped and the item also falls in their 'ineligible for return' category so I can't even send it back!
They deliberately stalled to force me into a purchase I did not want!
