Horrible products, horrible service. Defective units that they will not refund or repair without you sending them proof that they leak. Ok, how can I send a 15 minute video to them, that's how long it takes for them to leak? Buyer beware. Do your research, read reviews. Do not deal with these scammers.

Bestelling bij Nederlandse webshop. Bestellen ging lastig, onoverzichtelijke site, we bleken een artike ldubbel besteld te hebben en wilde dat graag gelijk ongedaan maken. Het annuleren van het artikel (wat binnen enkele uren zou moeten kunnen volgens site, bleek niet gelukt, terwijl ik het direct na de bestelling had geannuleerd. Wel kregen we een e-mail met in het onderwerp "geannuleerd", echter in de mail (helemaal onderin) stond dat dit niet meer geannuleerd kon worden. Als wij de spullen ontvangen zit het in een zak die is opengemaakt door de douane, de zak ik kapot, er zit een nieuwe label met ons adres op en een sticker van de douane, de doosjes met de bestelde artikelen in de zak zijn kapot, duidelijk open geweest. Wat opvalt dat je e-mails ter bevestiging krijgt van je bestelling echter een factuur ontvang je niet. Ook in de verpakking zit noch een pakbon, noch een factuur. Ik ben al dagen aan het e-mailen om een factuur te krijgen, want hoe kan ik spullen terugsturen (naar CHINA) als er geen pakbon en/of factuur bij zit, hoe kunnen ze daar dan zien waarheen en welk bedrag zij moeten terugstoren??? Op mijn vraag om een factuur krijg ik geen antwoord, het enige wat ik te horen krijg is dat ik het op eigen kosten moet retourneren naar China! Dit klopt echtniet. Ik ben het helemaal eens met de schrijver hieronder die het aanhangig bij Kassa wil maken. Het "riekt" naar oplichterij. Wees gewaarschuwd als je bij CSC of bij Pandooshop gaat bestellen!!

I purchased 2 polaire units on 4th July & after reading reviews cancelled them same day within time stated; by email informing Csc Premium of cancellation asking for full refund. Heard nothing. 7 days later received email saying they had already been sent. Emailed them back saying returning goods unopened registered with proof & photos of Returned goods & requested full refund to PayPal. After repeated emails to their customer support with no response,finally PayPal are taking up the issue. I was fooled by their very glossy website, which flashed up on my I pad. My advice is Do not touch this company’s website it is not what it seems. Just hoping PayPal is able to refund my money.

Achtung. Es handelt sich hier anscheinend um einen betrügerischen Verkäufer, der anonym bleibt und seine Gewährleistungsverpflichtungen nicht erfüllt (Erstattung des Kaufpreises). Es wird verlangt gekaufte Produkte nach Shenzen / China zurückzusenden. Davon steht allerdings nichts in den Geschäftsbedingungen. Hier wird verschleiert, was zu der Annahme führen kann, dass hier mit Vorsatz betrogen werden soll. Abhängig vom Gewicht des Produktes entstehen dem Käufer horrende Kosten für die Rücksendung, die in keinem Verhältnis zum Kaufpreis stehen. Ich habe jetzt Anzeige erstattet und Paypal darüber informiert, dass diesem Onlineshop keine Plattform geboten werden sollte seine Geschäfte bei Paypal abzuwickeln. Die Produkte sind meistens überteuert und können kostengünstiger an anderer Stelle gekauft werden. Vorsicht vor CSC Premium!!!!!

I am pleased to say I received my products today and the delivery was expedited vs. my original order in early July.
However this does not change how I feel about my overall experience with this supplier. I believe if I didn’t write a review, I would have been ignored.

Ik dacht na een impulsaankoop via een Nederlandse webshop een artikel retour te kunnen sturen, echter je wordt eerst aan de praat gehouden en als je dan informatie krijgt, dan vragen ze om het product naar China terug te sturen.
Harde leerschool: eerst de verkoper checken!

This company is a scam. On their website you will notice there is no address or e-mail. I ordered a product from them which obviously did not arrive after 6 weeks. Thankfully, I had purchased through PayPal so I received a refund. Do not order here.

Graag zou ik deze firma nul sterren geven wat niet mogelijk is of negatieve sterren.

Je besteld producten bij deze firma onder de naam Polaire. De bestelling die ik ontvangen heb was 1 van de 2 units defect bij aankomst. De tweede voldeed ook niet aan de verwachting. Dan pas zie dat de firma CSC Premium hier achter zit. Ik heb diverse malen met ze gemaild steeds het zelfde antwoordt dat de unit terug gestuurd moet worden naar China. De kost zijn inderdaad bijna gelijk aan de aanschaf kosten. Verder worden deze kosten niet vergoed volgens de e-mail communicatie. Dat betekend dat je misschien units terug stuurt maar moet afwachten of je dan wel je geld terug krijgt. Je koopt bij een Nederlands bedrijf en ik mag verwachten dat ze dan ook de service voor hun rekening nemen. Graag wil deze zaak aanmelden bij een programma als Kassa. Het gaat niet eens over het terug ontvangen van het geld maar het is duidelijk dat ze geen enkele eigen verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de slechte spullen die ze leveren.
Advies aan alle toekomstige klanten koop dus niet via Polaire of CSC Prememium. Het zou goed zijn als er een applicatie is waarbij je van te voren kunt toetsen of het een betrouwbare firma is.
Hopelijk zijn er meer mensen die het ook willen aanmelden bij Kassa.

I ordered that small AC unit from this company and realized a short time later I accidentally put in the wrong address(stupid and my fault)so i emailed them to let them know and this was the response ,word for word.
"Thank you for contacting us about your concern. We are sorry to hear that you placed the wrong address.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address (usually around 24 hours).

Thats it!! Cant get money back and cant ship to correct address. Sh#t out of luck. Something has to be done about these guys.

Sendung nicht bekommen und Rückzahlung bisher auch nicht, obwohl ich darüber informiert wurde, dass ich das Geld bekomme.

Dieses Unternehmen hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient, bin leider drauf reingefallen, ich soll die Ware zurück nach China senden obwohl die Versandadresse in Deutschland ist, unter aller Kanone. Außerdem entspricht die Ware nicht wie sie angepriesen wurde. Für ne Anzeige wird es nicht reichen, die Geschäftsbedingungen scheinen so verwirrend zu sein. Leider Leergeld bezahlt. Lasst bloß die Finger von dem Unternehmen, das Allerletzte.

Bought 2 Arctic Air based on advertisement that you don't need to buy regular house air conditioners when you have these. Paid $112.00 Got junk I wouldn't pay $9.99 for if I saw in person. Upon opening 1 door to see how you rinse filters - tab broke. Dealing with customer service, they want me to return products to China with a tracking service. Didn't know they were coming from China and return address on my shipping labels show P.O. Box 6368, Rosemead, Ca 91770. I never shipped to China but I would imagine it would be cost prohibitive. Sending bad vibes their way (Daniela) and am going to open a dispute with PayPay. People like this should not be allowed to do business in the U.S. I don't know how they sleep at night. Total Ripoff.

I ordered the Polaire hoping that it would help bring down the room temperature as the ad claims. However, when I tried it, I found it couldn't make any difference in room temperature. The motor makes noises instead of blowing cool air. When I contacted the company to request a return of the product, they gave me an address in China. I was just shocked that they don't even have a processing center here in the US. I was also surprised that as a customer, I was never informed of the origin of the product. Had I known that a customer would be expected to pay expensive overseas shipping fees, I would have never ordered this product. The company representatives have offered me some discount on future orders, but why would I order anything more from this company after this disappointing experience?

can i give the a negative? my husband bought the artic air from them for $70, retails elsewhere for 30-40, not worth 5bucks, fell apart in my hands and its is a rip off. don't buy anything from them.

On 15th June I received the above mentioned item which was advertised on youtube.
16th June emailed csc premium to advise that the attachment did not fit either of my vacuum cleaners.
Eventually received an offer of a 30% discount on any other item or I could return the attachment.
Advised supplier I wanted to return the item as it was of no use to me unless they could provide an adaptor. After a long delay I was invited to return the attachment but was not supplied with a return address.Once advised to send to China, I decided to persue a dispute procedure via paypal which is ongoing.
I gather from another trust pilot reviewer, that the return costs could be up to£40.00 adding insult to injury.
I will not do any further business with this company.

Le délai de livraison n’est pas respecté
Le premier appareil qui m’a été livré ne peut même pas rafraîchir un petit local de bureau pas plus grand qu’une chambre d’enfant.
Fuite d’eau: Le lendemain mon bureau et mes documents étaient plein d’eau
Problème d’adresse de retour:
Au vu des défaillances du 1er appareil,je n,ai pas déballé le 2ème appareil livré une semaine plus tard
car le vendeur dit ne pas accepter le retour d’un produit déjà utilisé!!!
Comment peut -on juger l’efficacité d’un produit ou appareil si on le teste pas?
Problème d’adresse de retour:
Lorsque j’ai envoyé un message e-mail à l’équipe du support technique,un certain Tom m’a répondu par des explications farfelues sur la fuite d’eau mais pas un mot sur l’inefficacité de l’appareil.
Je lui ai répondu que ma décision de leur retourner les appareils était irrévocable et que j’avais plutôt besoin de l’adresse de retour.
#Tom n’a jamais daigné faire signe de vie # malgré deux courriel de rappel!!
If faudrait que YouTube bannisse cette compagnie et que nos institutions financières bannissent aussi cette compagnie car vu les avis publiés ci-avant il ne s’agit ni moins ni plus que de la fraude organisée.

If there were a minus star I would choose it. I thought I was buying direct from the manufacturer (Vaccumax) so the Pandoo/CSC website is a cunning imitation. The attachment does not fit either of my vacuum hoses, and the cost of return to China is more than the value of the item - not worth throwing good money after bad as no confidence that they will make the refund anyway - it took three contacts and three weeks via the website to raise a reply. I HAVE SINCE SEEN EXACTLY THE SAME PRODUCT FOR MUCH LESS ON AMAZON - including a gadget to adapt to a Dyson vacuum hose. Glad I did not buy a higher value item as some people appear to have been scammed into.

Then you will get email from pandoo stating your goods are being processed. 5 r 6 weeks in you will receive your Chinese tat. Csc premium are running customer services,when you request a refund Address for faulty goods they will inform you Of pandoo’s address in China. The return postage to there cost on average £40.so long suckers.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Biggest let down ever. bought projector that promised great image quality and sound etc etc. but it is just crap. unusable. want to return but there is no contact. have sent many messages from their site, no response. have to chalk this one up to experience and learn from it. Total scammers!!
