Ganz schlechte Ware zu Abzockerpreisen. Retouren funktionieren nicht oder sind extrem teuer, da die Ware auf Kosten des Käufers nach China zurückgesendet werden muss. Leider ist 1 Stern die schlechteste Bewertung. Verdient wären weniger.

What was supposed to be a $90 Polaire personal air con unit for my son turned out to be an Artic Air you can buy at Walmart for under $40.
Not only was it fraud to sell a polaire and deliver a much cheaper product but the product delivered was damaged and it was missing a piece of the damaged area which means it could not have been damaged in transit. It was also missing a USB cable.
Update August 15th. Got a full refund so added another star. Not sure who they use for fulfillment but they need to find someone else.

I so wished that I had checked the reviews for this company before I purchased any item from them. I ordered two of the same items at the same time and paid for them. They both arrived 15 days apart. The first one did not do what the advert claimed it would do. On top of that the water tank in the unit was leaking. I wrote to the company on 4 separate occasions for them to refund my money and advised them of the issue with the product. To date I have had no response. Truly shameless and dishonourable company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ALL FROM THEM. IT IS NOTHING BUT A SHAM AND A SCAM>

ACHTUNG vor diesem Anbieter. Sieht alles super professionell und vertrauenswürdig aus - ist aber alles Schein. Es gibt keine Kommunikation und deshalb kann man die Ware nicht retournieren, obwohl das klar so angepriesen wird. Ich kenne mich im Recht nicht aus, aber für mein Empfinden ist das schlicht Betrug. Ich überlege mir eine "Anzeige" beim Kassensturz / oder beim Konsumentenschutz.

Jeg modtog et fint produkt indenfor aftalt tid. Jeg var klar over, at produktet kom fra Luxemburg, og til trods for corona-tider, så kom forsendelsen altså til rette tid og var i fin stand. Jeg genkender ikke de andre dårlige anmeldelser, men lad os håbe at firmaet har oppet sig.

I agree with the comments above, this appears to be scam operation. I ordered two units beginning of July without much research which was my mistake. I didn't receive any confirmation emails nor the units to this date, but my credit card was charged. Sent a request to cancel the order but cscpremium support person claims they can't find my email on the record.

I purchased a product in good faith but like all the others before me fell for the lies and deceit on the website. Received a different product which is significantly inferior to the one ordered and no response to my requests to return the product that was delivered.

Just watch this before you buy anything related to this product:

This particular vendor is the worst I've seen yet for venting completely fabricated nonsense. It should be illegal. And calling it 'Air Conditioning' probably already is.

Like many others I can only say:
CRAP products, FRAUDULOUS noninformation on their website, claiming all kinds od fantastic customer service, this is complete nonsense.
They do not provide an address for returns and they never respond. The (totally useless, leaking) products arrived 6 weeks after ordering and having payed. This company should be prosecuted for fraud.

This company is extremely shonky. I have requested a refund a month ago and they will not provide an ABN for a complaint to the ACCC. STAY AWAY

Took a month to receive the Arctic air product that was sold as pole air ,item was broken and very cheap.

Katastrophe..hatte bereits nach dem Bestell- und Bezahlvorgang storniert.

Be warned. The product is Polaire Air Cooler. The seller appears to be PandooShop but the billing and returns is Cscpremium.
Complete waste of time the product is broken and there is no return service available

Yes, I agree with all previous comments. A total rip off and can't even use the earcleaner it's so scratchy and badly made. Was not able to return it even before use. Thumbs down.

Avoid this company of charlatans. Shiny professional advertising. All a lure to pull you in. I received my special '50% off' purchase this morning. Rubbish. Tried to return it, was informed I ticked their T and C box which states personal items cannot be returned. Even if they are rubbish, not up to standard and falsely advertised? I paid €39 for something advertised as €78...even the customs declaration of USD $7.99 is an overstatement. Do NOT buy anything from these people.
