prompt professional service
My daughters brushes arrived quickly but the cleaning fluid was leaking and she was left with only half a bottle. The leakage didn't ruin anything as it was well packed.
I telephoned to complain but got through to the answer phone, I left a brief message and within 24 hours I received an email apologising and was told a replacement was on the way. It arrived the next day! Super impressed with the speed at which everything was delt with,

I have 2 eyeshadow palettes from Crown and find them just as good, if not better, than most other palettes that are on insta or youtubers rave about. My friend has their brushes and swears by them so they're next on my list!

I just want to say thank you for creating a Brand that is not only amazing but affordable for mua who are starting out.
I remember when I made my first order, it was a few years ago, I ordered brushes, eye shadows and concealer Palette.
