EASY WEBSITE, EASY USE, HELPFUL PERSONNEL
I chose one product but when it arrived it was not exactly what I had wanted. I rang the company to arrange an exchange, returned the package and had a replacement in very quick time. No problem, no questions, no complications, just a helpful person and good service.

Not exactly what they look like
I ordered a concealer brush which are usually very small but this size brush head was about 3 times what I expected and in the photo it looks very small so I don't even use it now after the first use I realised it doesn't work as well as the smaller ones I got elsewhere. I also got a crease brush for eyeshadow which isn't as full as I had hoped, it is kind of measly. You can see that the brand are good quality but I just think that the pictures are midleading. I also bought a foundation brush which I have not yet tried but out of 3 brushes I probably won't be using more than one again.

Every effort is made to provide our customers with as much information about each product as we can, you can see from the C150-1/2 that you purchased in the Product spec we give the products length and the tip length to ensure you know as much as you can about the product, we do have smaller Concealer brushes and you could have chosen a smaller one as the information is provided in the product description under the spec tab.

Excellent value for money
Ordered the rose gold eyeshadow pallete and i love it! Great range of colours which are highly pigmented and good value for money!! Packaged well to avoid breakage also. I would definitely recommend 😊

Delivery was quick even know item was being delivered to Northern Ireland from the south of Ireland, delivery charge was fair and not over priced. Item was well packaged as not to cause damage before delivery. Colour in the palette are lovely and I'll definitely buy from this site again.

Travel Brush set
I just recently bought a travel brush set and also a face brush set.
I don't know if it is normal or just first time using the brushes but an awful lot of the brushes came out while I was using the foundation brush. I was a little disappointed with that but still love the sets

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced some fall out from some of the brushes. We would advise that you wash your brushes before use, which helps to remove any loose hairs left over from manufacture. Most natural hair brushes can have a small amount of loss, but if it appears to be more than that or they don't stop then please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@crownbrush.co.uk and we assess these for you.
