terrible customer service
I brought 2 crown palettes after hearing so much about them and seeing then endorsed by a very popular irish blogger. I was very disappointed when i received them. There was no pigment in them at all. I tried using them on numerous occasions, with primer, concealer and on the naked eye and all to no effect. I contacted crown and asked them to assist me with my issue and i got an email back saying because they were popular palettes that there was nothing they would do to help me. I am very disappointed by the correspondence i received back. I would say the email was quiet abrupt and rude. I think its a disgrace as they are not cheap palettes and i would think that crown being such a big name would want to help and keep their customers. Well i will never buy another crown product as i have been totally turned off by their service.

Brushes are losing a lot of hairs

I bought an eye palette for my niece for Christmas. Had no problem ordering the product and delivery was very fast. Only problem was when it arrived it was destroyed. Eyeshadow everywhere. A few of the colours had broken so very disappointed.

We do pride ourselves on the quality of our products and visually check all items before they are dispatched. We carefully package too, but unfortunately occasionally damage in transit does occur. Excellent all round
The quality of the brushes speak for themselves I've had them loose in my bag for weeks with no loss of bristles like other brushes, top quality and fast delivery mean they also make excellent gifts. I started with a small kit to try them but will be back for all my brush replacements.

Amazing products.
High quality products at really affordable prices. The eye pallets are fantastic. Highly pigmented like the leading products such as MAC but at a more realistic price. Wish I'd known about them before now. They need more advertisement.

Great Product - Rose Gold Palette
Delivery was quick and the product is so good.
I ordered the Rose Gold Eyeshadow Palette, shadows are all very pigmented with a nice variety of matte and glittery shadows. Nice autumnal colours would have liked a deep burgundy colour but besides that super good😊

Delivery in 2 days. The brush handles feel really comfortable in my hand they are also long for good grip. The bristles are tightly packed to allow for fleeky brows. Also the bristles are good quality and no shedding. really happy with my purchase and i am sure if i have any unfortunate's with the brushes the company will be more than happy to help me!

Wasn't delivered within the time frame advised
I ordered some Christmas presents for friends, I paid for the tracked and insured services which states takes 3-4 working days from dispatch. It took 7 working days to reach me. I advised the Rep - who was plesant that this was unacceptable as I paid for a service that I did not get. I appreciate Christmas is a busy time but nothing on website stated delays. I requested a complaint to be logged an the difference between the the 2 two types of postage to be refunded but was advised they won't be doing either of this. Very disappointed in the level of service and will be discouraging friends for buying from this company in future.

We have looked into your review, you placed your order at 23:35 on the 6th Dec, our dispatch team sent your parcel by 13:41 on the 7th Dec, the delay in your parcel arriving with you is down to the postal service and not Crownbrush so to give us a negative review based on this we feel is not fair, perhaps you should review AnPost. Your parcel arrived with you on the 16th December which was a couple of days out side of the 'anticipated' delivery time and at Christmas time there can sometimes be minor delays due to the volume of the post our postal services have to cope with. We hope that you have a rethink about shopping with us in the future because as you can see from above we have done our part to get your parcel to you within the allotted time.
