Brushes lost hair
The hard brushes are good!
But the soft fluffy ones started losing hair the moment I took them out of the package, so did my classmates' brushes. Hair all over my model's face, which is quite uncomfortable.
Also when washing them, the hairs of the fluffy ones kept coming off. Not sure how long these brushes will last like this.

Natural hair brushes can experience some fall out, but this is normally just excess hair from manufacture.

Ordered my college kit from here. However still haven't received my foundation palette and it's been nearly a month, but this is down to crownbrush having issues with customs. The rest of my college kit came early than expected.

The brushes are great!
I wouldn't buy mac brushes after finding these brushes they are great quality the only thing that disappointed me was the angled brow/liner brush when I got it the hairs were all pointed out at the sides and won't go back to normal so I can't use it which is a shame but other than that I recommend them

Bristles on the brushes constantly fall out.
I am currently doing a makeup artistry course and we had to buy these brushes as part of the course. The brushes are awful! The bristles on the brushes constantly fall out, it can be very annoying when working on models and the bristles are all over their face.

Good brushes, bad postal rates!
I bought for the first time and although am pleased with the brush, I cannot agree with the postage rate for sending me one little brush. Totally out of proportion with the weight.

You can look at the Luna Badger range which contains many of the same brushes but with a black handle.

We don't build the price of postage into the products like a lot of companies which keeps our prices affordable, we monitor the postal/courier companies prices every 6 months to see if we can keep the prices as low as possible.

Sorry that you feel your brushes took a while to reach you. When you checked out you chose the standard shipping option to Ireland which can take up to 10 working days which hence why the cost is a lot less. We hope you continue to shop with us though.

Acceptable for the price you pay
Purchased Luna set. Too many hairs fall off the brushes onto your face - very annoying.
Paid for next day delivery, had no updates etc however delivery whilst I was out - wouldn't leave parcel with neighbour/wouldn't allow anyone else to sign etc no space to leave alternative instructions ie garage

We have read your review of our service and are sorry to read that you were upset with our next working day delivery service, this is done using Royal Mail Special Delivery, and this service requires a signature, so therefore cannot be left with a neighbour or left 'Somewhere safe'. You would of received emails from us and Royal Mail to inform you of your delivery and also text messages as you provided us with your mobile number, so we are confused by what you mean about no updates. Of course if we can improve our service then we are happy to welcome any comments that we might be able to improve our offering.
