Still waiting for an answer to my original query which I submitted a couple of weeks back. Now too late to cancel the order was it was incomplete.
please please please create and craft will someone have the decency to come back to me.
I don't know whether Sara Davies is still involved with this channel if she is could you please forward my email/comments to her. Perhaps she will come back to me!!!!!!

I have been a customer of create and craft for a number of years my subscription has just run out and I will not be renewing.Since they have merged with hochanda the customer service is disgusting and the new website is awful.I purchased an expensive juki sewing machine and DPD lost it I have been trying to get a refund but when I call them I am always number 36 in the queue so I have not got my sewing machine and create and craft have got my money .Good job I paid with my visa, I will have to contact them for a refund.I will not by buying from them again the service is appalling.

I have just recieved my order but half is missing. I tried to phone but after half an hour of waiting I was still 20th in the queue. I then sent an e-mail the receipt came back very quickly as it was an automatic reply, but says it will take 7 - 10 days to answer. Not happy. The merger seems to have spoilt 2 good craft suppliers.

Took £20 from my bank in February for a subscription that I had cancelled THE YEAR PRIOR. Emailed the company straight away to resolve the matter; it is now 16th May and my issue STILL HASN’T BEEN RESOLVED. I have emailed NUMEROUS times and haven’t got anything other than automated responses and my emails ignored 🙃 absolute joke.

I ordered an expensive embroidery machine at the start of the year.. it has a manufacturer error and is still in warranty... so far it's taken TWO months to get an auto email saying 'we will get back to your query as soon as we can but can't give a time frame' ????? it's in warranty and you need to sort this and actually REPLY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS???? absolutely awful service and I'm left with a £1000 heap of nothing ???

Absolutely appalling since it's been taken over. Every time I try to log in it says my password has expired and I have to reset it. I can no longer access the content of the 6 months of tattered lace digital magazine that I payed a lot of money for. The new owners should be ashamed of the service they are providing!!!

Ordered Lisa Horton product ( love Lisa horton no dispute with her ), it never arrived. Took 3 months to get any response and finally a refund, but not the postage. Then spent 45 minutes on the phone to get the postage back.
Absolutely appalled never shop with them again go directly to seller.

21st in queue everytime you phone to speak to someone about a query.
cannot get onto my account after paying the membership fee.
joined the membership last September but cannot log in due to an error in Create And Craft admin.
No one answers when contacted by e mail.
Create And Craft want your monies but do nothing to help the members when a problem arises even though it is Create And Craft that is at fault.
They get members easily and then ignore those that need a little help.
A member since September 2021 but cannot order or simply speak to some one.
Useless as a company.

What on earth has happened to the C&C website ,it only only loads in part ,links are often not functioning ,no product details and if you send them a message ,it’s a stock answer and no improvement.Used to buy a lot from them and haven’t for ages plus what’s with the clearance on Facebook ,I reckon they are missing loads of sales

I’ve been a C&C customer for over 10 years, a diamond member and always spends thousands each year on craft products from them.
In February they changed hands and did a merger with the craft store and ok we expected teething different for a short while but OMG usually when a company is taken over usually after a few weeks getting straight the company usually improves but omg it’s like C&C has now gone into the dark ages!!
The website used to be a dream but now it’s virtually useless it’s only any good if you know the item number your searching for previously I used to browse other products but now browsing is useless and so frustrating it’s more like one of the crappy websites that someone who doesn’t know what there’s doing has knocked up a website,
The previous C&C website was a dream this is the most budget basic useless website ever !!
Customer services is nonexistent!’
Previously I used to be able to send a FaceBook messenger mail and would get a reply same day or at least within 24 hours now there’s no email or messaging option only option to contact them is via phone and I’ve either not been able to get through at all or it’s taken me well over an hour to get through to speak someone,
C&C delivery times were never super fast but omg there new delivery times are so so much worse I’m still awaiting an order placed over well over 30 days ago and ain’t the only one!
Please sort yourselfs out as you’ll loose my custom unless you’re website, customer service and delivery times improve very very soon

Edit on 13th may after adding my order number to this complaint the order that should have arrived around the first week in April has just turned up finally.

Tried calling customer services waited on phone for over one and a half hours timed in between calls anything from ten to twenty minutes so gave up as an appalling service all their services have been appalling since the change over will only use these if very desperate for items I can’t find elsewhere

I have ordered from create and craft for many years and am a diamond member since the merger the service has been terrible I have two orders missing in transit which I paid for I contacted create and craft several times by email eventually got a response where create and craft say that I need to contact hermes/evri or the police to sort out !!!! I have contacted my card company and paypal to see if they can resolve I also paid for tattered lace digital subscription for my scan n cut which is still not available I feel so depressed about this I loved watching and ordering from create and craft but it has totally been ruined by hochanda so so sad 😞

What has happened to Create and Craft!!! What a sad state of affairs. Since the merger I have been trying to access my downloaded orders but a couple of months later am
still not able to. My order history is also missing. I have emailed customer services and gotten nowhere, just their standard return reply.
I have tried ringing but haven't got the time or money to spend all day waiting to speak to someone. I have been a member for many years but like many others, judging by the reviews, I will not be renewing my membership.

Awful since the shopping channels merged! I recently renewed my membership and wish I Hadn’t !! My discount vouchers have completely disappeared. Have tried to place six orders so far and not one has either gone through or failed to show my credit at checkout. You search for brand after brand and nothing can be found. Then apparently my password expired! Items disappear from your basket and when you try to find them again No Search Results flags up AGAIN! It used to be a fantastic website and I’ve renewed memberships for three years running . You try to phone to speak to someone and someone called Nigel from Mumbai comes on. Absolutely frustrating .. just tried to place an order ten minutes ago, that’s when my password allegedly had expired. Change my password sign in and try to fill my basket again … No Search Results!!! So I’m giving up in total frustration. AND NO ONE AT THE COMPANY cares a hoot ! Making so much money in spite of awful service they don’t have to! Disgraceful

I ordered on the 9th April and have heard nothing since. I've tried calling but massive queues and have had no response to emails
They took payment quickly enough! If they don't improve quickly they won't have a business left judging by the reviews on here!

I ordered a Zuri mould on 24th March 2022. Despite being told it’s now in stock in their warehouse I still haven’t received it. When I ordered the item it was my first time with them so I should have got £5 discount as well as the free post offer that was on at the time. The option page did not appear when placing my order online so did not get my discounts. Eventually after several emails they gave me 10% off. I will never place an order with them again! Terrible way to run a business2.

I placed a order 31 march after paying the first flexi payment 3 weeks later they told me it was unavailable and refund me the payment but kept the postage and packaging of £3.99 I will be contacting trade and standards if I don’t get this back how many other peoples money have they kept a hold of This is disgusting that they keep getting away with bad customer service

I’ve loved items I’ve received, however if you have a problem customer service is appalling. Cancelled an item on the 21st March and requested refund, late responses apologising but no refund. Told to escalate to a complaint on the 21st April, heard nothing, no refund now progressing through PayPal. Won’t be using again I’ll stick to Hobbycraft

I have been contacting Create and Craft for over a week. I have tried to contact Customer Services Four times on the phone, Question why are you always 23 in the que. You move on by 1 every 15mins. I have sent three Emails, no reply, only a message thanking me for contacting them and they will be in touch in 7 days. 7 days are up still no contact from them. Not good at all. I will not be using this shopping channel again.7 days

Order received but when tried it did not work correctly. Tried several times to make sure I was following the instructions correctly and even watched the demo just to be sure. So disappointed. I emailed customer services and got the now usual generic reply saying they will contact in 7-10 days. Tried phoning the next morning and was 48 in the queue, held on for a while but it was only dealing with one call every 15 minutes I gave up and called at 9am next morning. I was then 18 in the queue. Decided I needed to wait as had to speak to someone. After 1/2 hour my husband phoned the number and was told he was 50 in the queue! Got through after 1hour 10minutes. Very unhelpful man who gave me the return address but when I asked fo a returns label he said I had to prove the machine was not working by taking a short video and emailing it in. I’m not tech minded so would not know where to start and I was getting really vexed by this point. I told him I would send the product back for a full refund. I sent the item by Tracked 24 hour and it was delivered to the the next morning at 9.42. Nothing heard for over 5 days so I emailed again giving details of the returns date and time and asking for a full refund. I checked my bank and the refund was made. I have since cancelled both my Freedom and Create and Craft membership. I have deleted the apps from my phone and iPad and will never even watch the program again.
