It's a shame there's no zero star for Create and Craft. After being a customer for 20+ years, since their merger the worst of both companies have come together and made their delivery reliability non existent. I am still waiting for an order I placed on 20 April, despite numerous phone calls and emails (sound familiar?) all I get is pathetic excuses that my request has been sent to Managers. Do these people exist? I presume not judging from my experience and the experience of a number of others reporting exactly the same thing. I can't even get through to cancel my freedom membership, which is a continuous order. More fool me for trusting these people.

I had to give this company one 🌟 before I could leave feedback. I'll NEVER use create & craft again. Placed an order and two weeks later was still waiting for it to arrive, CONTACTED them many times and got no reply.

Horrendous customer service, I have been trying for nearly a month to get resolution to a lost parcel, numerous emails and phone calls. I was told last week that my case has been prioritised however just called again to say I just have to wait for a call from the refunds department. I said this was prioritised and they said you just have to wait for a call!! I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor but unsurprisingly was told no one was available. Safe to say still no closer to a resolution. I am beyond annoyed by the shoddy service and being lied to. I will be taking this further.

I placed an order in February for fabric rolls from Sewcrafte. When they arrived there was fabric missing. Despite regular emails this remains unresolved. I left Create and Craft years ago because their service was the worst, and enjoyed great service from Hochanda. But now they have dropped to the lowest level. One customer lost.

My issues aren't as bad as some but I will agree that customer services is non existent. I had reason to contact customer services because I had an issue with the website (basket emptied before 10 mins were up but basket continued to sit with the number of items waiting for payment but I couldn't pay because the basket was empty!!!???) Anyway, I couldn't get customer services on the phone so I emailed and got no response so I don't know if the web site is working because I can't be bothered with the frustration of trying to get into the basket and the disappointment of losing out on a special price because stock has run out. My frustrations are no where close to those who have parted with cash but not received their goods but I had a funny feeling something wasn't right when my magazine was delivered to my neighbours address. There are those who are waiting for a refund and being shunted from pillar to post, have any of those victims contacted BBC Watchdog? Strikes me that those who have ordered and paid but not received their goods, not received a refund and can't get any help, have grounds for deceipt. Try Trading Standards. Someone needs a kick up the backside!!

Absolute nightmare of a company I returned an item 5 months ago and still waiting for a refund. Have phoned and emailed numerous times to be told they’ve lost my bank details and someone will be in touch. NO one ever returns my calls. Disgusting. Don’t use this company.

I placed an order on 21st Feb, 1 item was missing, I'm still trying to get this resolved. I have called and emailed constantly and still not resolved. Then 2 weeks ago, I had a bit of hope as saw a replacement order on my account for the item. Great, at last!! Now that's been cancelled and they've advised a refund which shows as 0.00 and hasn't materialised. I just wanted the item which is just 8 x8 envelopes and cards. I've spent thousands with this company. But i wont ever order again. Not that they care! The customer service is atrocious and if anything goes wrong with an order, be prepared to have a fight on your hands.

Having a dreadful experience with this company. They sent me an incorrect item and trying to email to sort this out has been ridiculous. I sent in a picture of my invoice and the wrong item. My email keeps being passed around to different departments and now they are sending it to another manager and have asked for pictures. I just told them to look at my original complaint which is linked to all the emails! Obviously not very good at reading their emails back to understand an issue. 11 days on and still no resolution. Never shopping with them again. Dreadful experience!

Would rather give no stars. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Ordered an item on 12 th may. Stuck at evri delivery depot . Two phone calls to customer service have had little use. Told just got to wait. We will wait for 30 days then demand our money back as stated in the consumer rights act. last time will ever order with create and craft ,will order direct from suppliers in future they all have their own website

Subscribed to tattered lace digital magazine and despite a number of emails, have been given no definitive answer saying when I will receive April and May's. Then logged in AGAIN today, 31 May and there is issue 17, but not 18. Until yesterday, the web site still advertised that the magazine will be delivered on the 16th of the month!

STILL NOT GOT MY MONEY
You are appalling I still haven’t got my money back you took from my account without my permission 9 phones calls to customer service and 2 to head office who can’t be bothered even to ring back.
No Stars for customer service

I recently ordered some Needle Felting Items from this company and whilst the items themselves are perfect the lack of instructions didn't help. When I asked where the instructions which should have arrived with the goods where I received an email stating it will take 7-10 days for a reply. That is not good enough I'm afraid! Subsequently I received a second email stating the PDF was attached which was a lie there was no attachment. After once again emailing to ask where the PDF I got a third email stating the error was due to the recent merger and problems with the computer system. Come On Create and Craft admit it you haven't got a Scooby what is going on just admit you have failed to look after your customers. I will be seriously considering taking my business elsewhere in future as this is the second time I've had problems (I've only made 4 orders in total).

I have been waiting since 2nd April for my complaint about damaged cardstock to be dealt with. I have sent 4 emails along with photos of the damaged card. Today I have tried phoning and I gave up after an hour as I was still No 20 in the queue and could not spend anymore time hanging on the phone. What an appalling situation this is. They cannot keep blaming the merger for this situation.

I would give minus 5 stars if it was possible the service just get worse and worse.
I have asked to close my account but this has never happened as I will never order from them again not matter how good the product!!

If the CEO Ethos, Service Level Agreements and Mission Statement for running the new Create & Craft company is poor service, terrible customer care, total miscommunication, having a call centre that you are on the phone for three and a half hours to get through or today at 9am the call centre is closed and just cuts you off and having no Managerial presence in the Call Centre ( as I have always asked to speak to one but have been told they don’t have one) May I congratulate you on your excellent Managerial accomplishments because you are exceeding yourself!!

Like a customer wrote a few days ago I have also paid for the digital magazine and have not received the last two issues. I also had a query about the Tattered Lace foiling machine but I have yet to receive a reply (except for automated replies) I have been a member for many years but I do not think I will renew.

Sent the wrong item in March 2022 but absolutely impossible to get customer service ….you go up in queue instead of down…ridiculous. I have sent numerous emails , It is now May and still have no satisfaction…I still have the wrong item. What a way to do business ,this new create and craft is a terrible company ..they do not take care of their customers…NO STARS. And they have lost my custom

As other reviewers have said, if I could leave no stars I would! By far the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service, no reply to emails and if you have the time to wait up to 60 minutes, sometimes more for your call to be taken you are met with apologies but no actual solutions to your queries. The Craft Store were a delight to deal with, no issues at all with their customer service, Create and Craft not so great with premium rate phone lines, but still a thousand times better than it is now. It appears the merger has had nothing but a detrimental effect on both companies. Such a shame as I was a regular customer of both, I won’t be shopping with them again, too much hassle when they get things wrong, which is often these days!

if i could leave no stars i would i purchased tattered lace digital subscription but have not been receiving it i have emailed them on numerous occasions only get automated response this company should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples hard earned money and nothing in return i just hope they are viewing these reviews and also hope the people from tattered lace are viewing them they should be a bit more choosey who they do business with as create and craft are doing nothing for this companies reputation

The products are fantastic when you get them. However, the customer service is abysmal. I have been waiting months for responses on issues with several orders that they say will be answered in 3-5 days!!!

I'd like to give no stars if it was possible, I've been waiting nearly 2 months for an order, I contacted customer service to recieve an apologetic reply and they would look into it. Heard nothing since, a week and a half ago I emailed them to ask for a refund. And I've still heard nothing. As a fairly new member and customer of Create and Craft I think their service is disgusting and think I'll stick to hobbycraft, the range and online shops for my craft supplies.
