Absolute useless lazy bunch that find it difficult to do thier jobs properly.
What did you expect from a company that uses Evri as a delivery service.

First problem, items arrived late and battered.
I had a few items missing and one of the items had issues, and I called in to report it.
They said take photos and send it to them.
And I did.

7 days later again, they sent half the items and they said unless I send the 14 pound item back, they wouldn't be able to replace it for me, with no Information whatsoever on how to do that, or even offered any info.

I called again, and they said the item that was missing was in the photos I sent them, despite the photo not showing the item lol.

Lazy , useless and diabolical company, probably the first and last time I would be using this sad excuse for a business again!!

order took ages to arrive, since they changed the craft club it is not very good you don`t get any mags anymore and the freebies for club members are no longer coming niether are the free downloads, have been a member for a few years now and only once i got my birthday discount and only got it after enquiring about it, i dont think i shall be renewing my membership because quite honestly you can get the same products cheaper elsewhere. i only watch now for the laughs you get from certain presenters.

I ordered the handy solutions set of 10 magic hooks before Christmas. Delivered promptly. Hung my Xmas wreath on an interior painted door before Christmas, took it down after new year it took the paint off my door very disappointed with the product. Won’t buy again.

I have occasionally bought items from Create and Craft in the past few years and have found their customer service to be ok at those times. On 2/12 I ordered a Matthew Palmer 2024 calendar and the status of this order is still showing rather unhelpfully as "processing". I wouldn't mind that so much if Ideal World hadn't been so quick to charge my credit card the cost of this item on the day I ordered it online. This is not good business practice and other online companies I've bought from either tend to wait until the item has been shipped (for example, QVC) or they ship the orders within a day or two of charging me for them. I therefore get very frustrated and annoyed with companies which are quick to charge customers but slow to ship the orders to them, as has been my latest experience with Create and Craft. I emailed their customer services centre yesterday for confirmation of when they will be shipping my order, trying to get any information on my order was rather like getting blood out of a stone and still no real commitment to a shipping date, although they say the calender is in stock. I will, therefore, ask my credit card company to withhold payment of this item if I don't receive any update on the shipping by early next week - I say this because the charge has already been applied to my latest credit card statement because of the speedy ability of Create and Craft to charge me in the first place. Disappointing consumer experience so far and wasting my time and effort which I could well do without, as indeed most customers can.

I ordered the Lisa Horton chunky stencil brushes along with the feathered friends stencils, which were delivered 25th Oct. I used them for the first time 2 weeks later. 2 brushes were fine but after 4 uses the smaller brush disappeared inside the metal bristle holder. I asked for an exchange as obviously faulty, to be told its 38 days since the order so can't exchange! How ridiculous that something quite expensive for what it is, only lasts 4 uses. I thought Lisa Horton products were supposed to be good. Awful customer service. Will never use again.

The owner has just sold the business to an capital firm in the last couple of days. All of the staff are being made redunadant by february . its likely to be liquidated after christmas- dont expect to receive any orders over this period. They have a million pound hole in their finances due to one lady in their accounts department.

Not what they claim to be! Useless in every way!!
I used to be a loyal customer of this company including their sister company( l deal World)
When QVC stopped stocking craft products and C&C was launched, l was over the moon! I only craft as an hobby.
After few years they introduced Easy pay, up until that time have spent so much and always pay instantly but when they introduced easy payment, l thought why not in fact you’re encouraged to do so.
If you add sometimes a £4 Tim holtz ink into ur basket for instance £300 just by adding £4, it turns it to £100/3
All of a sudden, l ordered some wooden trays to learn new projects with Stephanie weightman, all other products came except for the main item, l received an email from customs to pay some charges, l contacted C&C, their response was it’s because the trays were coming from abroad. I was so angry for customer services response.
The items arrived 2months later after the lessons were over! I asked them to collect as they were useless to me!
Despite spending ££££££ with them in the past, l was BLACK LISTED and other items ordered after that were cancelled…. Despite that I have never once owe them or late with my payments!!
THEY ARE ARROGANT WITH LACK OF INSIGHTS

I was contacted few years back to come and film me crafting, unfortunately, l had no dedicated craft room at the time but promised I would when I’m ready!
I indeed contacted them when l built a dedicated craft room especially after having 6 grandchildren crafting with me! That could have been another selling point for them.

l was ready to just do it for free if that would encourage other people in my position to take up crafting!
I had injuries at work as a Professional Midwife, unfortunately, l had spinal surgeries. Crafting helped me to recover and something to do as I had worked all my life and to suddenly had to retire @ 50

The lady offered to pay me £35! I found that to be very insulting!
l was going to do it for nothing and in the process would have entertain them with refreshments.
I decided not to do it!
I have since donated all the products that I purchased from the start until 2021 to Age UK!

I now shop for craft products when I want and where I want and in fact using Klarna & PayPal for easy payments! Klarna would have stopped payment to you when the items were not delivered at the specified time!

I still craft and l purchase directly from the vendors, especially Tonic studios Aliexpress, Amazon, EBay, Craftelier, Hobbycraft, The range and from USA when l visit or my friend send to me!
QVC at times.

That craft club membership payments is all a con!

So crafters, please DO NOT put all your eggs in one basket like I did with C&C
Shop around they’re NOT “ONE STOP SHOP” They claimed to be for so many years.

Lastly they advertise that if you fill ur basket no matter how much, your P&P would be £6.99. I have been charged up to £15 few times and when you challenge them, their response is always because the items were being sent directly by the vendors…and that’s just it.
Guess what it took me a while to finally come to my senses that other companies will ship to you free just by spending £20 or more. (Tonic studios for example and many others)

Last buy was a happy planner as a birthday gift,I could twist on and say it took awhile to get to me 10 days but in reality happy planner shows are a massive thing,so I expected it.I’ve had to ring customer service a few times but I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with them.when the item arrived it was packaged ver well and the item was lovey and very much appreciated.I was a little bit on the negative side when the merger happened but I think it out great I hate to sound awful but I think a lot of crafters and presenters left thinking it was a sinking ship but the other side (new channel) makes my sink crawl licking fingers all the time,it’s the Dave showtime I don’t like it I’ll stick to c&c.I really hope other crafting companies stay with c&c or my little crafty group will be sad to see them go it’s lovely to see my old ladies and gents laughing away when they tv is on.I think I that’s why the channel is so important to me to see my group laughing along with the presenter and guest and it’s a bonus our items get here in good time 👍

Watching John Next Door. There is a lovely embossing folder of poppies for £7.99 or £7.19 club price. Checked online and it is available elsewhere for much less, with cheaper p&p.

Unfortunately we have had a series of problems with Create and Craft and resulting poor customer service. The web site is extremely flaky. We have regularly had items disappear from the trolley long before they shoilds have done and recently had what the customer services called a 'ghost' order where the payment went through but the items did not?

I complained by phone and the young lady consulted her supervisor. That order also included our £10 membership payment and that bit had worked? So why had the rest not been sent? The supervisor said the order would be sent. Nothing came.

I complained again and finally got the money back a couple of days ago, a month after it had been taken.

A few years ago we ordered an expensive heavy duty sowing machine. Several hundred pounds. Got an Email to say dispatched, but nothing arrived. Courier said it had never been delivered to them, but Create and Craft took the money in four payments, which I had not requested and it took time and effort to get the money back.

Be careful with them. I have suggested to my wife that she should give them a wide birth!

If I could make this score a 0 I would. The customer service is the worse I have ever experienced and I buy everything on line.
I have discovered that when something goes wrong they have a complete inability to correct it. They cancelled an order I placed on the 9/9/23. They still took the money for the order two days later. I have emailed at least five times, telephoned once, sent proof they had taken the money. They still have my money. I am now going to have to go through my bank to get my money back. I will never ever purchase from them again.

I ordered an item 9 days ago, wondering where it was to find out Create and craft had cancelled the order, although they have taken my money with no refuned. Emailed them no response, phoned today to be told after proving I had paid for said items, a supervisor would phone me back-nothing, I phoned back after checking my bank to find out they have taken another payment out. DISGUSTING SERVICE

I've been waiting to receive a recent order. When I checked my account I discovered that 'the system' had cancelled the order, even though it had taken my payment (of £37+). I was not informed of this, or why it had happened AND I still haven't received my refund!! The Customer Service is appalling! I was told that a request for a refund would be dealt with within 24 hours.....that was 3 days ago. I'm just about to phone them again(!) and inform them of the action I will take if this is not resolved within the next 48 hours. Surely, if 'the system' cancels an order, then 'the system' should automatically refund the payment AND inform the customer that this has happened. Never again!!

Advertised £2.00 p/p over holiday weekend. When I checked my Paypal account they had charged me £3.95 for postage. When I sent email, customer services are denying this and taking 5/6 days to answer my replies.
They are breaking the law I will be reporting this matter to Trading Standards.
All customers should check their invoices to ensure this has not happened to them.
Absolute disgrace they are allowed to continue trading.

Avoid will not send despite signatures photos of returns deny getting them.

Watch the great shows then buy from Amazon. 1 stamp £9.99. Was £1.99 on Amazon. Shop around but never give card details don’t get sucked in by free gifts this off that off. They will make you think you have lost your mind.

So pleased trust pilot removed all the glowing recommendations after I stupidly said read trust pilot it’s not me you do this to everyone and I took photos of all comments. The office must have stayed all night making up emails to bring their score up. There are no depths low enough they will not sink to. They owe me £1000. I will never see it but you can bet they will never leave me alone because they have written off not received or returned. Someone else will have been sold my returns and we both get to pay I returned and they won’t get and can’t track as your membership has one tracking number so tracking the same for everything

Good products but terrible service - took over ten days to deliver two orders from Shop Extra, paid two lots of p&p for two separate orders of large folding storage boxes and Piranha kitchen gadgets but they chucked everything together in a huge flimsy bag resembling a bin liner which arrived split and the Piranha boxes crushed by the heavy storage boxes. Worse still, like the other reviewer below I also haven’t received the free scissors with my Piranha products; apparently they were sent separately to the main order and Evri are still ‘waiting to receive’ them two weeks later. When you email customer services they take forever to reply. Wanted to support Shop Extra after Ideal World went under but won’t be buying anything else if this is how bad the service is.

Update 13th September

After a very long wait, Shop Extra have just emailed to say I won’t be receiving the free gift scissors because they don’t have any stock. Not ‘as soon as we have stock you’ll get them’; they’re not being sent, end of. So basically myself and plenty of other shoppers (lots of similar complaints here and elsewhere online) were lied to about the free scissors as a hook to generate sales. Appalling misleading behaviour and I’ll be reporting Shop Extra to the Advertising Standards Authority. Will never buy another thing from Shop Extra or it’s parent channel Create and Craft.

Over the Bank Holiday weekend, Create and Craft launched their new Shop Extra channel, including a promotion whereby if you ordered any Piranha kitchen product, you would receive a free pair of kitchen scissors. It was specifically stated you would receive one pair of scissors with every item ordered, NOT one per customer or one per order. I ordered two items (placed as separate orders) but only received one pair of scissors. Customer Services are saying it was 'one free gift per customer'. I have rarely had problems before, but I am less than impressed on this occasion as either the live broadcast was extremely misleading, or Customer Services are trying to get out of honoring what was stated several times on air.

This company are scammers. On 28th August 2023, their Shop Extra channel was running a giveaway where every Piranha order got a free pair of Piranha scissors. The presenters all evening made a point that EVERY order got free scissors and that if you ordered 10 things then you would get 10 scissors. On the basis of this I joined their discount club for £10 and then proceeded to order a Pirahna Peeler. It arrived with no scissors and this company have now lied to me via email saying that it wasn't a giveaway and that I didn't win their competition. The giveaway was broadcast on national TV! Avoid like the plague. I certainly will never order from them again.

very disappointed with create and craft as a first time custom i put in order for the first time for Daisy Lane Wonderland Complete Quilt Kit With Bonus Wadding they took out 5 payments a ghost transferee form my cc then one to be ship was was happy with that but one parcel turn up rang them today 23/08/2023 to ask where it was the reply was that Evie not recvice the parcel so there no more in stock so waiting for a 6 time £73 00 payment back from them will not be ordering from them again Mrs durrant

Bought a Crystal Art kit which cannot be completed because crystals unusable. Customer service is non existent. Complete waste of money!
