Sorry to review again negative! One company iv loved and collected most of their stamps over at least 11 years .that not on tv much they are a genuine company and so interesting, couldn't wait to watch their show I'd recorded ,only to find leonie was on and really got on my nerves the shows arnt about her it's about the guest and their products .she's so imature that accent she puts on and over exaggerates!! She sounds like a silly teenager with her comments one instance is oh soz annoying she needs to grow up she's definitely not for tv viewing .theirs guests who come on with their products that can tell they irritated .have had to stop watching and deleted the recording.
I will be ordering cardio new collection but going to order off their own website and watch their demonstrations on their Web site.
Please c&c sort your presenters out love the original cast ,couldn't bear watching hochanda when it was separate company. adam and Janice amongst the others are making c&c losing viewers. Iv started changing channel to hobby maker when ever the old hochanda crew are on.
All credit to dawn wheeler martyn Dan and the rest of the original c&c presenters .hobby maker is getting more popular from month to month.

Web site is diabolical, how can you trade on Tv, if your website cannot handle the calls, it's useless, been trying an hour and half and still nothing

I've used create and craft for a while since Hocanda days. They used to be really good. And sometimes they still are but their customer service needs a lot of training. Anytime I have any issue it's always takes forever to solve and I have to repeat myself too many times even when it's simple. Lately I had a fault with my sewing machine, sent it off for repair, that part was fine. A week later was told it couldn't be repaired would I like a new one, so I said yes. Was told they would contact within that week when they were shipping it out. Had nothing, just happen to check my bank statement at the end of the week and saw I had a partial refund for the sewing machine, but no communication as to why. So I phoned them. Apparently they had no stock to send out hence the refund, even though were still selling on their site, but they were adamant they had no stock. I suggested they sort out their website them to not give false hope to others. I then asked about the partial refund and their system was telling them I only paid that much and I had missed the second month of payment,
I had to get proof that had paid the full total, even though my account with them shows it was fully paid. And considering I originally purchased it 9/10 months ago, I'm sure I would've had emails and calls by then saying I owed them money 🙄 anyway that finally got sorted and I got a full refund. I asked is it possible when it does come back into stock that I get it at the same price as I paid they said no because it's now a stock issue not a fault issue. They were meant to contact me to say they had stock in, they didnt and 2 days later the same machine came on and it was shown as a special value at the same price I originally paid. Anyway I decided to get a similar machine from a local independent retailer instead, because they clearly don't know what they're doing andni didn'twant any more issues with them. Also to have customer service lines open til only 5pm and not on the weekends is ridiculous since they play live til 10pm and on the weekends. I had to pick my times carefully as I work during those times.

Avoid at all costs. Placed an order for a number of items, all showing as 'In Stock' and after several weeks only 1 had arrived. The others are still showing at the processing stage another week later and no one is able to give any useful or helpful information about what is going on. Customer service try but, as with most companies, they can only do what they are 'allowed' to do, which in this case appears to be very little. They won't cancel the order and provide a refund because the say it's being processed!!!! Very, very poor and not worth the hassle and aggravation. I have no idea when my items will arrive. I paid for membership to their club, in good faith, and it seems that the only thing I have paid for is appalling service. 1 star is actually more than they deserve!!!

Terrible company...3 phone calls, 3 emails (one to 3 departments) - and now a week since ordering and still processing an order despite selecting express delivery - we are now passed the standard delivery terms advised. Let's see if a negative review results in a response. A prime example of distance mis-selling - now going to cancel the order and report this company. Shocking! And clearly from other reviews...this is not a one off. AVOID - there is much better out there!

I am sorry but enough is enough. I ordered an item 6th July with Create and Craft. My order confirmation 3 - 5 working days until receipt of my delivery so i gave them until 19th. It must of been forgotten so i emailed again to say that as it had not as yet been dispatched i had every right to cancel without clause since they could not promise a delivery timescale. Today this had been declined after 7 days of my last email to cancel. Now i cannot get a refund until it has been shipped, Received where it will be near 5 weeks since my order date. My only chance of a claim is via returns due to arriving too late although even that is debatable and wont even get my postage back. Its their mess up not mine. Its also been happening too much lately and i am sure i am not alone either. Something has got to be done.

When I phoned to tried to order a item they couldn't find my account so I missed out on the item. This is not the first time I have encountered this. I am very disappointed and annoyed this has happened again. I was told to phone customer service when I did they were closed

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, no responses to email. Broken phone queuing system.

Ordered 3 boxes of tape for an event, and paid for premium postage. Delivery estimated to be 2-3 days (took screenshots to demonstrate luckily). When I get the order confirmation email, the delivery estimate says 5-7 days, with no explanation as to why. I ask why and they email back to say:

"With regards to the premium Postage & Packing at a cost of £9.99, this delivery option applies once the order has been shipped from the supplier to speed up the delivery process, it doesn't guarantee shipping any sooner."

What does that even mean?? It doesn't explain why the delivery estimate has jumped up to 5-7 days. I email back to simply ask when the tape will arrive. No response. I follow up with another 2 emails after 4-5 days, still no response. I call and am in a queue, I get up to 2nd or 3rd, then get knocked back to 7th twice, so I give up after 45 minutes. I phone back pressing a different option, I get to speak to someone but they can't help, they take my name, number and order ref and say someone will call me back. Of course no one calls. I try calling again to track my order, wait in queue until 2nd in line, then get bumped back to 7th AGAIN.

All the while, 7 days later and the order status just says 'processing'. I'm again awaiting another call back, where I'll be requesting a full refund.

Tried to buy a sewing machine using 4 instalments.
Cost me £10 for the privilege, had to ring them each month to make payment. Received a letter threatening legal action!!! This is all because my card was cloned they were unable to remember to use my new card given to them at least twice. Had to make last payment via bank transfer. So glad all paid now, will not be purchasing anything more from them.

Ordered a die cutting machine it was faulty they were supposed to send someone to pick it up.they made no arrangements for this so I had to send it back by registered post costing me £16.when I told them this they said they wanted the dispatch receipt which was in the box they already had it but wouldn’t give me a refund for the postage cost.

An update to my previous review. After many emails and phone calls to Create and Craft I was told to send in a complaint and it would be passed on to the management team. This was three weeks ago and have had no reply. Therefore only one star now

i purchased some Crafts Too low tack tape absolute waste of money, doesn't stick anything down, cutting dies move in the cutting machine so asked for a returns label as faulty/ not fit for purpose, sent photos, have been told they (customer service) can't offer a return it has to go to the supplier support team for them to read the email and for them to decide whether they believe me and then they will get back to me, the item is not fit for purpose, quoted the Distance Selling Laws and the Consumer Rights Laws and was told they are not breaking any laws and i would have to wait and see if they were going to give me a refund and they would let me know, swore in an email at one point as so angry they think consumer rights don't mean anything. I had let them know i wanted a refund within 48 hours of it arriving (30/04/24) still ongoing still no returns slip and no refund, Absolutely shocking customer service, it's no wonder these companies go bankrupt

I am very disappointed that we lost Hochanda. It's not the same. All I see at Create and Craft are the same people selling, one person with many companies. What had happened to our lovely presenters. I see one person doing many presentations. It seems to be one person running the show with her many friends. I would rather not watch it anymore. So disappointing.

Tuned in expecting to see the advertised soft craft item being produced but all we got for an hour was the presenter and demonstrator chatting about stuff which was absolutely nothing to do with the project and ANOTHER demonstration of how to make half square triangles. Makes you wonder how you've still got any viewers.

November 2023 this company was offering a free Roku stick as an incentive to purchase their Freedom membership.
2 months on they have now corresponded that this cannot be fulfilled and have offered £10 credit.
This is against the ASA rules so I will be submitting a complaint.

My recent order was great. A die I had seen on the show.
My gripe is general.
This is a high range and high visible craft website. But only 1 image shown per item (of the package) on the website, no finished products or guides, no tv show screen grabs of the items being used. If you haven't viewed the show that the items were on, total guesswork. Most smaller craft websites show finished items using the products. After all, there's plenty made up in every show that could be photographed. 4 photos minimum. Pack shot, 3 examples and teasers. Learn please.

Stencil and stamp set arrived in tip-top shape, packaging was solid. Love the variety in this store, and the stamps are super cute. Excited to get crafting!

Total rubbish, placed a order, sent s dekivery code but item never sent, customer service never get in touch, oversll quite appalling

I have been ordering from Create and Craft for many years. When it works it is a very good service. However when it goes wrong the customer service lets them down. I have been trying to get a replacement for a CrystalArt calendar since Xmas as a page was missing. After many phone calls they have contacted me today, (1st Feb) to give me a refund as no stock is available. It took me less than a minute to go onto the supplier's website direct and order the replacement myself using the refund.
