This company are complete scammers ...I paid for £89 for a enhanced DBs check and they only supplied a basic one .. do not use this company !!! They take your money and do not supply the service paid for .. and won't refund the monies owed ...

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. There is no direct way to communicate with the company, and even submitting a straightforward contact form can take the best part of three days to receive a response.
When you’re paying for a service, you would expect a reasonable level of communication and a much more prompt response, particularly from a business where customer support is such an important part of the service.
Unfortunately, the lack of communication makes the whole experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a company where you can actually speak to someone and receive timely support when you need it.
