DO NOT USE. Absolutely terrible. Constantly cancel confirmed course bookings. Trying to get a refund is almost impossible, they lose/don't keep records of requested rescheduled dates and throw it all back onto the paying customer. Trying to call to get the issue rectified has been an epic fail every time as well. Lost for words how they are still in business. Even a one star rating is too much.

Repeatedly cancelled my course, after the 3rd cancellation I requested a refund but was offered a course credit! Why on earth would I want a credit ? I have no intention of ever using this provider again! Had to send an email to ask for a refund but judging from other reviews it’s unlikely I’ll receive one.
I have used this company for many years & they have always been excellent but obviously they have changed. There is no assistance & the number connects to an overseas call centre where the people, to be quite frank could not care less about helping you.

This company is a scam! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I booked and paid for my CPR course, and it was cancelled 3 times, all with less thann 24 hours notice! When I contacted them via phone to ask for a refund, I was told to send an email, to which after 1 week no one has gotten back to me. So I am still owed the money I paid for a course that never happened and was forced to go elsewhere, pay for another course and do my online learning again.
This is not ok. I will continue chasing my refund and taking this matter further.

read the T&C's very carefully before booking and paying for their courses. If you are a minute late they lock the door and you have to rebook and pay again. Very very harsh T&C and misleading and deceptive that they don't tell you this when you book (or any other T&C for that matter).

a very frustrating and extremely poor customer service experience, in the hope that this feedback can be used as an opportunity for improvement.

I was booked to attend a session on 14th November.

- 48 hours prior, I left several messages and made numerous phone calls, seeking support as I was unable to logon nor reset my account, in order to complete the modules, which are a compulsory requirement prior to attendance. No call returned.

- 24 hours out, again several calls and messages requesting support. No call returned.

- 5 hours out, again several calls and messages requesting support. No call returned.

- An email was sent explaining the situation and advising up able to attend due to inability to complete the modules.

- Since receiving an email regarding my non-attendance, I have sent numerous emails, made numerous calls, not to mention waited on hold for probably hours all up, only to be put through to voicemail. Of all these calls, only one call was returned from a lady who I think was based in NSW (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) , however I unfortunately missed this call. I returned her call and again was put through to voice mail. No further calls returned.

I have requested numerous times that someone/ anyone/ a manger please call me to discuss the situation without any satisfactory resolution.

I am not one to leave reviews. However, given the terrible customer service I have received, and lack of resolution and lack of courtesy for someone to hear my experience, I feel compelled to share with others.

Disgusting customer service. Moved to AI only agents and emails. Had an issue with my course not linking to my account spent hours trying to fix it and they refused to actually call me.
Do not go with them.

Worst ever cancelled my course twice then i had to ring to reschedule as i was asked to pay again then they offered me a class week later when the website states they do daily courses. I required my certificate well before next course date demanded refund then was told couldnt be transfered to speak to manager and i had to email request refund from manager due to there lack of service and courses offered and continual last minute cancelling. Am yet to get a response or refund sadly i paid with one time card so cannot cancel payment.
My advice go elsewhere if your in perth book with firstaidcert.com they are cheapest $85 express cpr and 1st aid

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They might seem like good value, but the moment you need their assistance they will stonewall you or charge you extra fees. Meanwhile, if they need to cancel your class last minute, the customer is just expect you to swallow it without question. The trainers themselves are good, but those running the show are absolute crooks. Pay a little more and to use ANYONE else.

Canceled my booked class on more than one occasion, then called them to sort it out, left my phone number and was promised a response in “2 business hours” and never got a call.

I emailed immediately after booking my session as I realised there were 10 hours of online training and wasn't going to be prepared for the session, so I asked to change my session time and emailed well before their 48 hour deadline. The company took days to respond to me and then made me pay again to rebook the session even though it was their fault for the delay in changing my session. Would not recommend going with this company

Terrible experience – feels like a scam. Be careful!

The website let me book training for the next day, but only after I paid did it reveal that the online component takes 5–10 hours and must be completed before midnight. I didn’t have enough time to do it, but they still took my money.

I immediately tried to contact them to reschedule—no phone support, and it took weeks to get a proper email response. At first, they agreed to refund me, then suddenly changed their mind and never returned my money.

Terrible customer service, zero flexibility, and a shady setup overall. Avoid this company at all costs.

Online learning materials are excellent, very thorough.
In person assessment was below par - we were rushed through, and encouraged to skip through and not do a full 2 minutes of CPR. No cpr masks provided so also didn't do rescue breaths on the mannequin. Trainer was abrupt when I didn't understand his verbal instructions. Pressured to write 5 star reviews during the class, and told us there is a weekly prize for the best 5 star review. Cannot recommend.
