Their customer service is incredibly friendly and courteous! I had an issue with one of the items of my order - they responded immediately solving the issue within a few hours.

Had an issue with one of my items being ripped straight out of the packaging. Customer service responded very quickly to my email and shipped me a new one immediately!

I LOVE their clothes! Though a bit pricy, they are beautiful, timeless pieces that you can enjoy for many years down the road as opposed to continuously buying fast fashion! Thank you Cou Cou! <3

Delivery went smoothly, but I had an issue with the product. Their items are very beautiful… until you actually put them on. The gusset is so narrow that I honestly can’t imagine what size woman this was made for. And no, I didn’t choose a size that’s too small - the waistband is actually a bit loose on me. The lace trim and the stitching quality are simply awful. In the very area that should sit against the outer genital area, there are tons of loose threads sticking out, and the lace is sewn on top of the cotton gusset. The lace edging along the sides irritates my skin terribly. I literally itch nonstop whenever I wear these. This is really disappointing, because with this pricing and with all the marketing about organic cotton and underwear made for women I expected a completely different experience. I regret this purchase so much 😞 Spending €150 on underwear I ultimately can’t wear was a stupid mistake.

I needed to change size after I ordered and customer service was so helpful and quick to respond. My item also arrived in ONE day and was super cute. Thanks a lot xx

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas and didn't receive it for Christmas. Date of purchase: 10th December. Arrived on 30th December. Everything else I've bought internationally has arrived within a week, but Cou Cou was cheap with postage and sent my Christmas gift to my daughter on economy postage

they are absolutely amazing they send fast and the underwear has AMAZING quality! i sadly got one thong that wasn’t true to size so i emailed them and i got a fast reply and they immediately wanted to send me replacement which was send the next day! i definitely recommend coucou for their amazing product and extreamly good client help:))

I can see a lot of reviews speaking about bad customer service and returns.Honestly something changed in this company, because i had to return things 3 times to find what fits me best, and all times they accepted the return super quick and sent the items next day with express delivery which was arriving next day.Honestly in my entire life i have never received a better customer service, and i love all the items from them. Yes you have to pay for postage to return, but no mater if it's even one item, they will delivery back for free and real quick.

Honestly the customer service has been great. Quick email replies - I had to return an order twice they helped me with that. All the products are really good quality and I think the price is worth it.

I love this brand, excellent customer service (they are very understanding and very quick). I love the materials, really worth the prices, as it's gonna last and fits perfectly. (Usually I wear XS but I take XXS as it sizes a little big) I love it!!

I had a really difficult situation with our mail carrier incorrectly marking our address as vacant. This was my birthday present so I was really looking forward to this package. I had emailed customer support and they helped me through 3 reorders until I was able to receive the package (we ended up having to open a PO box because our mail carrier was terrible lol). Their products were so soft, luxurious, delicate and amazing! Customer support was so kind, understanding and helpful. It's the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This company is so incredible and I will continue to shop here. This overall was a very very very high-quality experience.

Really beautiful products. I had been looking for high quality cotton underwear for ageeees and was so happy with my purchase, such lovely fabrics and pretty designs and I would say very much true to size, so haven't needed to return anything. Quick delivery as well. I will definitely be ordering again.

Customer service was helpful when I had an issue with a discount code on my order and they replied quickly! I love my Cami Slip dress so much and have worn it a lot already. I did however experience some shrinkage when I washed it for the first time. Only a little bit so I will be sizing up for any future purchases.

Ok so I wrote a previous review as I hadn’t received my package and wasn’t getting any updates from the company but it has since been sorted. While there was a substantial delay in a response, I’m happy that it was eventually worked out and my package was found. Crisis averted, and the quality of the items are nice and comfortable.

My merchandise was returned back to coucou because DHL could not find my address. They acknowledged it was sent back and offered to send a replacement package. That was two weeks ago, they are no longer responding to my emails. I am out almost $400—terrible customer service and thieves.

Ordered two items in May and needed to return one. Despite the item being delivered back to them and me sending three follow up emails about it, I’ve heard nothing back and have received no refund. Yet I get marketing emails every day… That kind of customer service makes me never want to purchase again, regardless of the products.
