This company is a total scam! Beware! They tell you the product ships from a fulfillment center in CA, but IF it ships it comes from CHINA and you’ll never see it! Reported to my card company and the FTC.

Wonder why their website has so many good reviews.. because they say if you add a review they might give you the product for free! This is weeks before you even receive it. I finally got mine and the thing broke before I could even get it out of the packaging. It was very cheaply made.. think of a fitted sheet with straps. I reluctantly tried it on my couch. It didn't work. The moment you sit down the fabric pops out of the crevices. I tried to get a refund and could only manage to get half my money back. Worst product ever, total scam!

I found this sofa cover was a pain to get on and position correctly. The quality of the material and stitching was poor and everytime anyone (even my dog) sat on the sofa the foam bars popped out so I was constantly having to push them back down. It also took weeks and weeks to arrive. Overall I wasn't happy with this purchase and wish I hadn't wasted my money. Also I think only allowing 14 days to return something like this is a joke as it doesn't give you enough time to trial it and then send back if not happy, but I guess that's what the company are banking on as it's then more money in their pocket.

I tried to leave a review on the Couchsavers website but I don't think they post any that are under 4 stars. Don't ask customers to leave reviews if you don't want them to be honest about your products. It's false advertising.

Couchsavers is very customer friendly and has been quick to provide updates and answers to my shipment. The people there obviously care about their customers and their needs. I did have an inquiry about my product shipment and my question was answered quickly.

Shipping is taking quite awhile and only received the pillow cases which have already broken

Im still waiting to get the covers I ordered.. I needed them by this friday 09/25/2020.. doesnt look like Im getting them :(

So far I’ve had a great experience with using this product. However, it still hasn’t shipped even after the extended date that it was supposed to so I have yet to receive it. I’m hoping I do because I’ve heard great things about them!

The assistance that I received in doing the measurements for my sectional was very helpful and the prompts for measuring were also helpful.

My couch saver experience thus far has been great. The customer service help was great. The help trying to figure out proper sizing was tremendous and giving feedback if it was suitable for me. I would highly recommend couch saver to friends and family.

My couches were horrible. I have an “L” shape couch and the leather is Peeling, cracked. Once I placed the couch covers on what a transformation. I’m very happy with the product. Thank you for saving my couch.

After a few weeks with couch savers. Post order was terrible. Shipping track info was in accurate. All of a sudden a package showed up from China. While the company brags about being American owned. The product is made and ships direct from China. Ours was cheaply made. The cords used to tie cushion on were cheap and thin and pulled off. If you have a lazy l couch with fluffy cushions this is not the product for you. Ours does not fit well. Online help told us it would. If you have a standard couch it might work for you. Don’t let the China package shock you.

The couch in question is old; small parts of the fabric fall off routinely and its color suffers because of it. The only solution I could imagine was using a bed sheet, but that doesn't stop the flakes.
All of this was going through my mind when my Facebook feed flashed up an ad showing the ideal solution for my issue! Making sure everything is contained is important and Couchsavers fits the bill. I clicked the link and was able to watch videos showing how to apply the product and easily scroll through the variety of colors available. I can't wait to update my couch, adding color and comfort with this easy option.
