Ordered something mid Dec. Tracking shows it left China and then package stopped moving Jan 5. Feb I check again and it hasn’t changed- package still hasn’t moved since Jan 5. Emailed them and 3 days later get an email saying it’s delivered - when I click on tracking it looks way different now and says delivered Jan 25. Never got it.

I did not receive my product it was 2 plastic handles to help pull someone from a chair

I also ordered the gloves before Xmas, apparently they were delivered on 31/12/2024 at 06.57, who delivers at that time in a morning.

I have emailed many times, with no response.

I ordered pair of wire stripper pliers on 1/8/25 it is now 128/25 have not received them and can’t get a response to my emails must be a scam

I ordered a sun visor for my car in the video the girl shows how it works and shows that it pivots from side to side. This is not true!! SCAM VISOR ONLY FOLDS DOWN DOES NOT PIVOT SIDE TO SIDE as it showed in Video!!! I want a refund and there’s no place to contact them.. BUYER BE WARE SCAMM !!

Wanted a refund…issued refund but then took money back out of my account! scammers!!!! If I get my refund back I will change my review!

I have ordered the gloves with the light. I have received it one and half month later and one of them did not work. I have sent email about reclamation as I needed the replacement, they told me that they will sent, but since then I have never received the answer or glove.
I have sent them few more emails, they have never answered.
If I would be able to give 0, I would definitely give 0.

This is NOT the item I saw on the internet commercial. Mine does not tilt or pivot and you CANNOT see through it. This is a scam.

I ordered something from IG on 12/18th and still have not received it. It is now 1/9/2025. Tracking has it somewhere since 12/26 and no movement. I emailed them requesting a refund. I'm not too optimistic that I will get one or receive the product. I wish I had done some research first.

This is an internet store out of China. I ordered a wrapping paper cutter from an advertisement on Facebook. I ordered it over two weeks before Christmas and it showed up on the 26th! Slooow shipping.

I ordered early December still have not received my order and I do not expect to get it I believe this outfit is a scam.

SCAM I ordered the Milo dog cheap piece of crap. The dollar store is a better deal.

Ordered gloves and they have been in China for two weeks with suspicious updates.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from here.I purchased snoop on the stoop it was advertised in a box with accessories it was delivered in a bag no box or accessories and looked nothing like what I thought I purchased.

Sadly I purchased snoop on the stoop and I have not received it.
It was going to be a fun novelty for the Xmas month
It never arrived and customer service will not help

Do not purchase anything from this website. I ordered Snoop on the Stoop as the item continued to show up on my social media feed. I have never received this item and when I track it, it shows that it is in China and has been since I ordered it. Avoid!

Scam! Chinese site of poor stuff at exorbitant prices.
