I ordered 2 multipurpose tools in December and have never received them. Tracking says they were delivered in January but I did not get anything. I contacted the company and PayPal but have gotten nowhere with either of them. I paid $52 for the order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I ordered a small straight iron for my hair on March 16. Nothing! Tracking shows it sitting with no movement for 10days now and when I email they just send me to the same tracking status. Do not buy from this scam company!

I would give less a star too if I could! I ordered the car visor on March 8th and still no tracking number exist and customer service will not reply to all my messages. They took my money and no order exist. SCAM.

Actually I would give this company a LESS THAN ONE STAR! The customer service is HORRIBLE! I've been corresponding for weeks for a return liable or instructions. Finally got an address to somewhere in Guangdong Providence with a seven line address. Wherever the heck this is. I wonder what it would cost me to return it. The package actually was shipped from a merchant shipper in Chino, Ca 91710. I STRONGLY advise not ordering from this company! A BERY DISCUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED EX CUSTOMER!

This is a scam website. Their products are junk and customer service is non-existent. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I purchased the needle threader and seam ripper. It arrived broken. I contacted customer service for a refund. They sent me a picture showing how to use it. I know ow how to use it! But it is unusable! There is no phone number and now they won't reply to my email questions. Save your money!!!!

Zero stars for this company! I wish I had read the reviews before I order the steam pet brush. I ordered this the first seeing Feb. Never received. Tracking is useless because it never shows movement still stuck in customs. They are collecting money from purchases but refuse to send the purchased items. Should have know country of origin China! Wish they suffered some consequences for the fraud they peddle. Don’t buy anything from them

Placed order for crosses on 2/15/25 never recieved no response from company $34 and some change just gone. Very sad ! We’re gifts for my son and his wife. Shame people can be dishonest on these internet sites. Was really looking forward to getting the crosses

Is there a 0-star rating? This site is a scam. Got their visors because I believed their instagram ad. It doesn’t swivel, does not fit any of our cars and you can’t even see through it properly— even with the protective film off!!! I’m currently speaking with their customer service, requesting for a refund and they are offering a $10 credit! That’s it! When I paid for $40 something for their BAD product. Do NOT buy from them. Ridiculous.

Never received my order

I have received the needlethreader/ seam ripper. I wish I had read some of the reviews before I ordered. The product is pretty much useless. It’s hard to lineup the needle and the ripper side does not stay out so you can use it for taking out stitches.never will be buying again from this website!!!!!

SCAM!!!! Placed order for a cross necklace on Feb. 19, 2025. Got a confirmation email with order number. Put order number in tracking on Feb. 20 and shows that it was delivered 12/11/24 in Australia. SCAM !!!!!!! Using old completed order numbers and attaching them to new orders. I didn't check reviews before ordering and many people never got orders. I contacted my credit card company immediately.

I bought the car sun visor and it is so dark I can’t see anything through it in any daylight conditions.

Bought 3 sun visors. One was used. Had a scratch on it they initially tried to help me, then totally ghosted me. Absolutely no response! Amy, what happened you didnt have the guts to say you rip people off. What goes around comes right back around. Good luck with scamming people.

I ordered the light up mechanics gloves on December 4th. A right and left hand glove for my son. My bank account was debited immediately after finishing the ordering process.
It is now February 10th and the gloves still have not arrived. I received a review request from the company, asking how I was enjoying the product....I told them I had not received it and that was the last communication from them. $25.00 plus shipping isn't a life altering problem, but on a very fixed income it is a sacrifice when you don't get what was ordered.

I would give zero stars if that was an option!

I ordered flashlights that are built into gloves back on January 27th. Immediately received an email with a confirmation number. I have had no other communication. I email to check the status. No reply. I emailed that I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card and still no reply.

I found the exact same product on Amazon with a next day delivery.

Unless you like to throw your money away, don't order fron Coozyland.

Scam company
Ordered a Christmas present end of November it is now 1st week in February. Tracking said parcel returned to sender. My requests for a refund have been ignored. Avoid this scam company!
