I ordered 2 clock radios that never came. They said delivered, they weren't. I admit my gson put in 540 instead of 940. 540 is a field of trees owned by paper company and my carrier laughed and said even with wrong address I would have put on your porch. She contacted her boss at post office. They investigated the tracking number coozy gave me. It was a number belonging to a different company. Can not get a human being to call me. I'm on SS and this money was the little I had for kids Christmas.

possible scam as i read more and more reviews of same problem i have not received hummingbird feeders and they will not reply been over a month since order was made not a trusted site

I bought the hummingbird product after watching a video on Facebook. The plastic is brittle and thin, not how it was projected. $26-30 is too much to pay for this product. Yes, it came from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. Waste of money.

I ordered a hummingbird feeder and received a box of toothpaste. Immediately filed case with paypal. Never again ordering outside amazon. Chinese scam.

Coming back after writing a bad review. My hummingbird feeders arrived. This is NOT a scam. I did have to punch out the middle plastic piece to make them work. But I got them and I have already had hummingbirds at the feeders.

I ordered hummingbird feeders, paid for them,they stayed that they were delivered around my mail box. Repeated emails later resulted in no response and no refund.

My hummingbird feeder took a month to get here after advertising 5 days. Says made in the USA, made in China. Just received today, the lid would blow off in a wind and the hanger doesn’t fit the feeder. Last time I fall for a Chinese scam .

Ordered on April 30th. Still haven't recieved a supposed "made in USA" hummingbird feeder shipped from China. It's supposedly sitting at JFK for the last 5 days. Total waste of $30. I wonder if it will get to my house before fall after the birds leave or at all.

Update: I did recieve the birdfeeder in June from China. I would not have ordered it if I knew it was from China. It was not made in Michigan, USA.

I wish I had looked at this before I ordered from this company. I never received the item I ordered even though they said it was delivered. My Postmaster had never even heard of the company that they claimed delivered the merchandise. I also couldn't tell when I ordered that it was a Chinese company.

Ordered barbed wire fence tighteners on May 3rd. Received order confirmation, no tracking available after 15 days. It's a SCAM! Requested a refund, no response.

I have not received any confirmation for my order placed on May 5, 2025. The purchase price of $ 24.98 appears on my credit card statement. I do not even have an order number, yet my credit card was charged.
Please help.

Scam. Hummingbird feeders ship from China despite being advertised as Made in the USA. Took a month to receive and cannot even be able to be used. They are so poorly made that the hanger will not attach to the base. Do NOT order from this place!

Scam!!! Terrible to be advertising this product that ships from China. I ordered a month ago and still have not received

False advertising said made in America but was shipped from China. Package never arrived. Customer service was pathetic. Will never deal with them again and urge everyone to avoid using them.

I have had the same problem, placed my order my CC was charged immediately their tracking page has not been updated since 5/01/25, I will never order from you Coozy Land again it is a scam.

Coozyland is a scam. They quickly charged my CC and I never received my order. I sent numerous emails to their customer service requesting a refund. I have still not received my order or my money refunded.

I wish I had read the review before I order their Hummingbird feeder yesterday. Their website says Made in America. This morning I received an email saying it shipped.
It shipped from China. False advertising. I will never order a product from them again!

It’s a scam. I’ve been waiting on my hummingbird feeder for over 6 weeks. I even believe the tracking site is a scam. Tracking site says it’s out for final delivery for the last 2 weeks . DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM COOZY LAND.COM

There should be an option for zero stars. Ordered a hummingbird feeder in March, received in May. Issues I had: not made in America, shipped from China, product marked as delivered, what I received was a pair of very ugly shoes and a wallet. Of course according to tracking it was delivered yesterday so they can claim they have proof of delivery.
