Even though I completed all the necessary paperwork, obtained insurance for my parcel, and took all the required precautions, it still didn't reach its destination. I reached out to the agents at Coolparcel, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful.

Easy application process, fast service and the ability to track the package the entire time while in transit.

The parcel for delivered as per the commitment and the price was much better than competitors.
My only issue is with the daily email update. Which is more than useless.

Good deals for shipping international Mail

I paid extra so the package would be delivered within 3 days. It has been 9 days and the package still has not been delivered. I have not received any updates or an explanation. Terrible customer experience.

I chose 3-day UPS delivery for a small box, $74 from Boston to Spain.

It was picked up by UPS at my home but got stuck in a nearby town in Spain, in a Customs Warehouse instead of being delivered to me at my hotel. Tracking said "attempts were made to contact you" but I was in Spain with my phone on the entire time, with full access to email, phone, and text so this is not true. What Customs wanted is my Passport #.

UPS and CoolParcel should have known my Passport # would be needed for Customs to release the package.

Thankfully I speak some Spanish. Friday just before they closed for the long weekend I tracked down the parcel at the Customs Warehouse, provided my passport #, got it released to UPS, told UPS two cities in Spain where I can pick up the parcel on a weekday (I am on a cruise with two weekday stops in Spain). So let's see what happens.

My item got to where it was going quickly and at a good price.

Fast and cheaper than other options for international mail, especially for delivering documents only.
