I have been with z.com for the past 5 years now, i do not have any problems with them from billing to customer service. What i love the most is there are options on how to contact z.com customer service. There is live chat if you are in a hurry, email if it is not urgent, open a ticket when i need more deeper conversation. and all work perfectly and they resolve and reply as urgently as possible. Thank you Z. Com customer service. This is the reason why i never thought of changing hosting account.

I have been hosting with them for 11 days for my current project. 6 days the service are not reachable, especially during the demos.

The support was very responsive and direct. They are knowledgeable on the topics and problems that I had.

Had no way to change my payment method on my end and my domain is about to expire.
I contacted Z.com customer support and within a few minutes they responded. Even though the payment method on the system could not be changed, they made it happen so I could renew my domain on time.

I've been using Z.com for more than a year. The services are great, less downtime and better customer chat support.

I've purchased more than 5 domains in this site already. Their 1st year offer is really affordable and the domain renewal is better in price than most of the registrars out there. Been with z.com for me and my client's domain purchases since 2022 and will continue doing so.

Their Customer Service responds fast on queries and questions, and takes action to specified problems.
