Check for uk adapter
Very efficient handling and delivery. However the unit has a European plug so we had to go back to the company on this point. Apparently an adapter should have been delivered also but it appears the delivery men may have removed with the packaging they removed. The company have ordered an adapter to be sent to us so hopefully this will solve the problem. They were very efficient in dealing with this matter - over a weekend too! - but it may be worth highlighting the position to future purchasers so that they know to check that the adapter is there.

A few of the units do require an adaptor and as you say, 99/100 times it is included with the packaging. Unfortunately this adaptor seems to have gone missing, however, already another is in the post to you.

Great service from Coolersomm
We ordered a La Sommelierre wine cooler online on 2nd November from Coolersomm. We had an immediate acknowledgement, suggesting various days when they could delivery to us. We accepted delivery for 4th November and Coolersomm then kept us updated as to the progress. As promised, the delivery guys then phoned us an hour before delivery, and right on cue, they arrived. They installed the item, took away all the packaging, and were very efficient and friendly. The whole cycle of events was of a very high standard, and we are very satisfied.

My wife bought me a Climadiff for our anniversary and I’m delighted with it, timely delivery and set up it’s a fantastic cooler and great value for money. Great seller who went the extra mile
The order and delivery process was efficient and reliable. Generally, very professional and pleasant to deal with. When there was a quality issue with one of the products, the Seller was extremely helpful and persistent in securing a free replacement from the manufacturer, hence 5 rather than 4 stars.

Still waiting for delivery information
Ordered a wine fridge on 7.10.22. Still waiting for any delivery information. Coolersomm replied and apologised for the mistake and have offered me compensation as a gesture of good will. Very pleased with their customer service and how they have responded to my complaint. Now just waiting for the delivery.

As soon as we saw this review we called you and arranged for a Schuko plug to be sent first class.
Update: This is the first time we've seen this happen with a Vestfrost so we also alerted the importer who have since unboxed their stock to check for any non-UK plug issues and spoken to Vestfrost also. We are assured there are no more units in the UK warehouse with an EU plug.
If you do run into any issue, with delivery or plugs etc it is always best to contact customer support to ask for help if something isn't right the moment you have an issue. Trustpilot reviews can take several hours to actually go live and we may miss the window to resolve same day.
In any case I apologise for the inconvenience of the plug and have passed on your comments to the manufacturer.

As per our telephone conversation, unfortunately we could not sell the Montpellier wine coolers to a pub because they are meant for domestic use only. This wasn't noted on the website because until the order was processed we were not informed by Montpellier that this was indeed the case.
I appreciate you feel you have wasted time and effort, though had we allowed that sale to happen you wouldn't be covered by warranty, so whilst I do apologise that the information wasn't provided on the website at the time, by acting and not processing the sale we have done the right thing by you.
We have also added the detail on the product pages for Montpellier to ensure no commercial enterprise can purchase the Montpellier wine coolers in the future. It does not even have this information on their own website, All of our other wine coolers can be used commercially and we did offer to provide you with alternative options. I'm sorry you felt that service deserved one star.
The ordering experience was easy
The ordering experience was easy. Delivery on time and friendly delivery people. The product appears to be working well though I am not entirely sure that it keeps to the temperatures I have selected as it seems to change each compartment by about 3 degrees even when the door is not opened.
My main disappointment is that I have not been contacted (as promised) on vet a month after delivery regarding my free wine offer!!!
