I’m extremely happy with Cookology after sale service. After the delivery of the product on 5th August, they contacted me to see if I am satisfied with the product I purchased. I’m really impressed with their service and also the fridge/freezer I bought from them . 10/10 !!!

All round great service. Waiting for dishwasher to be plumbed in at moment.

Online it states it’s a fan oven. Wasn’t till it was fitted and I was reading the manual I see it states it’s a conventional fan now if I’d have known that I wouldn’t have bought it. It takes longer to cook anything. Just moved homes and haven’t had time to complain but just see this link in my email to leave a review and I thought I should incase anyone makes the same mistake I’ve made due to the fact the website lied.

Terrible fridge, has a really low energy efficiency rating and immediately filled with ice.

Price, service, very prompt delivery.

Product arrived with dent to corner, scratches to front and broken door opening
I am aware that this could be due to delivery.
On the plus side, excellent customer services response and replacement quickly organised which seems fine so far.

The dispatch and delivery was very quick from when it was first ordered

Customer service was excellent, sadly first item, ordered via Amazon, arrived badly damaged, customer service arranged collection and refund. Sadly - again, second item , ordered direct, arrived damaged. Partial refund arranged via customer service. Second item is working fine. Assuming both items damaged during shipping?

We ordered an Induction Hob with downdraft recirculating extractor.

All the sales information claimed it is good for an island and the pictured showed a rigid extraction system.

When it arrived the extraction system was different and therefore does not fit in the unit.

Do not buy based on the extraction pictures or manual. The information is incorrect.

It came in no time at all like ordered it at night and came on the second day kept well informed as to when it was coming
Was delighted with it found the instructions a little bit difficult to get initially but within a day you'd have thought I'd had it forever
It's beautiful in my kitchen the look of it is such an asset to the kitchen same size but it doesn't overtake the surface my last one I loved but was big and bulky
